Overnight, I went long on both $BTC and $KORU. This morning when I woke up, the two sides showed completely different faces.
U.S. stock futures are still rising, and tech stocks are turning green in the after-hours market. The Korean stock market was slammed down sharply right at the open, led by Samsung and Hynix, but the decline later narrowed by almost half. Bitcoin is stuck in the middle, hovering around 81,000, not far from last night's low.
A bet on an oversold rebound plays out as two separate bills in two markets. U.S. futures are priced as "last Friday was oversold," while Korean stocks are priced as "last Friday's drop isn't over yet." Korea is the frontline of Asia's chip supply chain, with Hynix and Samsung directly tied to storage cycle expectations. This morning's low open there is closer to the real money sentiment than the rebound in U.S. futures.
The situations of the two long positions have also diverged. Bitcoin's unrealized gains are so thin they're barely visible, with the risk that breaking below 81,000 will turn it into an unrealized loss. Korean stocks took a hit at the open but are now clawing back as the decline narrows. Whether they can recover to cost depends on whether the European and U.S. markets follow through.
Both legs are tied to the same logic, yet this morning they moved in opposite directions. Until the divergence closes, adding positions means betting on two different outcomes simultaneously. I calculated this pit once this morning.
208.2 was smashed out at 03:00 AM. The lower edge of the box for the previous two days was 214, the upper edge 216, with a range height of about seven or eight. Adding seven or eight above 216 gives a measured target of 223.8.
At 07:00 AM, the highest was 223.3. Half a point short, the target was hit.
Now at 219.02, it has fallen back 4.28 from the top. I don't like this kind of trend: target reached, surge and then pullback, volume bar enlarged to 1054 during the rise, but the latest bar is only 247.87—after volume expansion, the volume can't keep up, usually indicating someone is unloading here.
MA20 is at 213.26, price is still above it, so this is not a bearish structure. But the excess segment has already played out.
The approach is biased bearish, but only conditional, no rush:
If 1H volume expands and closes below 216.0 (the upper edge of the box, also the center of this V reversal) → short, stop loss at 219.4, target 208.5, risk-reward 2.0;
If volume expands and closes above 223.3 and holds → I was wrong, the measured target is redefined, short logic invalidated, no chasing longs.
Those who take profit at the target are right; waiting above 223 to catch the last leg is not me.

(Not investment advice, profit and loss at your own risk)That spike in the early morning, how many brothers had their positions directly taken away? Looking at the deep V recovery now, are you itching to rush in and catch the bottom again? Hold on! Don’t rush to become cannon fodder. This move looks scary, but underneath it’s actually a bloody multi-long chain meat grinder.
First, look at $BTC dropping to 80,621 then instantly recovering above 82,000. The 4-hour long-short ratio is approaching 1.92, longs are still holding on desperately. Looking at the 5-minute active buy-sell volume, the buy volume exploded at the moment of the spike! This indicates large funds are secretly supporting around 80.5K, shorts can’t push it down for now.
Next, look at $ETH dipping to 2,328 then pulling back to 2,411, but these numbers are really absurd. The 4-hour long-short account ratio shot up to 2.82, the proportion of longs is basically hitting the ceiling, all retail investors are frantically bottom-fishing, sentiment is extremely crowded. Don’t chase highs in the short term, always beware of a second dip to shake out longs by manipulative whales.
Finally, look at $SOL breaking below the 100 mark but instantly recovering, current price 103.8 with funding rates wildly oscillating between positive and negative. The long-short battle is fierce, currently the long-short ratio is 2.68, longs haven’t fully exited. This is a typical long-killing-long scenario, the chain of liquidations is not over yet.
Summary: Bottom-fishing now is a gamble. Before the long-killing-long clears out, stay out and wait for the market to stabilize completely.

#美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? Someone in the group shouted in the middle of the night that chip stocks crashed again. I clicked in and was stunned because the New York Stock Exchange was clearly closed at that time. Later I realized it was those crypto contracts with US stock names smashing each other, and the bulls got wiped out in just over ten minutes. Real stocks only get accurate pricing when the market opens on Monday. The weekend drama is completely different from the daytime trading.BTC Market Overview Today (October 19)
Core Judgment: Weak consolidation above $80,000, unable to fall or rise significantly, waiting for directional choice.
· Current Price: Approximately $80,900—$81,700, slight decline in 24 hours, anchored in a narrow range of $80,000—$82,000.
· Support Below: $81,500 (ETF average cost line, breached twice intraday but recovered) → $80,000—$80,600 (psychological level + dense buy orders) → $78,000 (on-chain real market average).
· Resistance Above: $82,300 (liquidation dense area) → $83,000 (technical resistance).
· Capital Flow: ETF net outflow of about $910 million for two consecutive weeks, weak corporate treasury buying is the biggest drag; loss-driven selling has clearly exhausted, with real position support near $80,000.
· Sentiment: Recently, about 90% of liquidations were long positions; leverage clearing helps reduce upward resistance, but market sentiment remains fragile.
· Key Variables: Whether ETF outflows converge, recent changes in options positions near $80,000, and whether expectations for the October FOMC to hold steady continue to weaken.
In short: High probability of short-term consolidation and bottoming between $80,000—$85,000; if $80,000 support fails, a pullback space toward $75,000 may open.Just calculate the difference between two time points.
1185 dropped to 1048.02 over thirty-two hours, falling by 11.6 points.
1048.02 climbed back to the current 1130.72 in three hours, recovering 7.9 points.
The speed in the second segment is ten times that of the first, and the volume also shifted gears: from the usual small volume bars of twenty to thirty thousand suddenly to 6.85 million and 4.16 million. This is not something retail investors can accumulate.
But don’t rush to treat this as a reversal yet. The price range above the current price, 1130~1140, is a dense trading zone from the entire day of October 18; everyone fully invested there is now looking to exit; above that, 1156.61 is the 24-hour high. Two caps are close together, making the position unfavorable.
So my approach is to wait for a pullback and not chase here:
If it pulls back to 1109~1113 (MA20 at 1108.7) with reduced volume but does not break, and then closes bullish with volume → go long, stop loss at 1091.5 (below the starting point of the third bullish candle in volume), target 1156.61, risk-reward ratio 2.2;
If the 1H candle closes below 1091.5 → this wave is just an oversold correction; once the third bullish candle breaks, the price will retest 1048, invalidating the long logic, and I will not flip to short.
Pulling up 7.9 points in three hours is a good sign; but catching a falling knife below the dense zone is another matter.

Institutions treat BTC more like a core holding, willing to continue holding; they are more cautious with ETH, redeeming more frequently. This often results in BTC consolidating sideways while ETH weakens 📉
The reason is simple: BTC's narrative is more straightforward, regarded by some institutions as a digital safe-haven asset; ETH carries multiple variables like ecosystem, regulation, and upgrades, so when the market gets cautious, funds tend to exit ETH first ⚠️. This divergence in funds needs close attention: if ETH continues to bleed, market sentiment will be dragged down, making it difficult for BTC to strengthen independently even if it remains stable.
But don't rush to conclusions about ETH 🙅, this currently looks more like short-term portfolio adjustment. With rising inflation and interest rate expectations, funds are generally more conservative. In practice, don't blindly bottom-fish ETH just because of the divergence; during outflow phases, volatility is greater and pullback risk is higher, so position sizing must be well controlled 🧊. 接下来真正要盯的是两件事:$ETH 第二次探底的低点能否#NetflixQ3AdsAndMargins The money hasn't completely fled; it's all crowding in one direction.
As of the morning of October 19, BTC is around $81,700, ETH about $2,390, and SOL approximately $103.7. From the end of September until now, BTC has dropped about 2.4%, ETH about 10.9%, and SOL about 13.2%. Although all have fallen, the magnitude is not even on the same level.
More straightforwardly, looking at market cap dominance: BTC has already surpassed 60% (CoinGecko about 60.1%), while ETH is down to about 10.7%. Funds are shrinking into BTC; this isn't just a market feeling, it's data right there.
Adding some monthly chart context: last October BTC closed down, and this October it is also currently down. It opened the month around $83,600, so to close the month in green, it needs to climb back above that level first.
In this environment, rushing to call it an "altcoin season" and bottom-fishing alts is going against the flow of funds. I prefer to wait for two signals: when BTC dominance stops rising, and when ETH and SOL start outperforming BTC again. Until those signals come, better to hold back.
Personal observation, not investment advice; the market carries risks.
$BTC $ETH $SOL Stop trying to guess the bottom: In the deleveraged crypto market, use eight iron rules to protect your principal and judgment
As of October 19, 2026, the biggest risk in the crypto market is not a specific "bottom price," but the coexistence of price correction and leverage contraction. On October 16, the total crypto market cap rose 2.13% in 24 hours to $2.76 trillion, while global derivatives open interest fell 1.97% to $405.96 billion, a 22.98% drop over 30 days. This means the recent rebound looks more like a correction after excessive positions were cleared, rather than a trend reversal driven by new strong capital inflows. Meanwhile, the US September CPI rose 3.7% year-on-year, and the Federal Reserve meeting on October 27-28 added more macro variables. For individual traders, the most practical strategy now is not to guess the bottom, chase the rally, or prove you were right, but to use position sizing, stop losses, liquidity, event calendars, and invalidation conditions to maintain the ability to stay in the market. #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 $BTC $ETH $SOL SNOW 24-hour low 299.8, high 310.13, current price 310.01 — 0.12 USD below the ceiling.
In the previous 48 hours, it hovered between 300 and 306, then crashed to 295.93 around 10-18 early morning, with a long lower shadow. After that, it moved inch by inch below MA20 (301.8) for eighteen hours, clearly showing weakness.
Then the last 1H candle flipped directly: opened at 304.96, closed at 310.13, a bullish candle wiping out two days of losses. Volume 45.66, while the previous two were only 2.85 and 3.08, fifteen times more.
I acknowledge the breakout, but not the position. A 4.7% surge in one hour to the 24-hour high, there’s no place to set a stop loss at this level — chasing highs is the last thing I want to do.
Waiting for a pullback:
If the 305.5~306.5 range (the upper edge of the sideways consolidation from the past two days + the body of this bullish candle) holds with low volume and closes above 308 with volume → go long, stop loss at 304.0 (breaking means the bullish candle is engulfed), target 311.8, risk-reward 2.1;
If 1H closes below 304.0 → the breakout is fake, it will return to hover around MA20, I won’t enter during this phase.

(Not investment advice, trade at your own risk) Breaking down the phrase "cheap"
$OP is priced at $0.12283, which is not high per coin, but the quoted unit price does not automatically give it a valuation advantage.
It has dropped 2.63% in the past 24 hours and 9.20% in the past 7 days. The more practical issue now is its weak performance, not how many coins you can buy for the same amount of money.
My view is straightforward: a low unit price makes it easier to calculate quantity but does not mean the business is more cost-effective. To truly discuss cheapness, you need to consider circulating supply, supply changes, and demand together; just looking at decimal points is far from enough.
The $ENA corresponds to the Ethena business, which establishes derivative short positions when minting USDe and closes the corresponding shorts upon redemption, as clearly explained by the official.
Therefore, an increase in contract positions does not necessarily express a bearish market view; it could also be hedging spot exposure. When reading data, you must first distinguish the purpose.
I think the advantage of analyzing it lies in being able to explain business actions specifically. The difficulty is that you cannot directly equate business scale with token valuation. The more complex the mechanism, the more each transmission relationship should be explained step by step.
$OKB is priced at $112.85, with a 24-hour trading volume of about $19.24 million. Studying it cannot be concluded solely by comparing which coin has a higher price.
I would additionally check the bid-ask spread and trading conditions during actual order placement because total trading volume alone cannot directly tell if the order book is thick enough.
This is not to say it is necessarily hard to trade, but when evaluating investment returns, entry and exit costs are inherently part of the equation. For the same expected price increase, different trading conditions will result in different final experiences. A piece of news this morning that few people shared, but carries significant weight: an official from the Reserve Bank of Australia said there is reasonable evidence that the neutral interest rate domestically and internationally is rising. In plain terms, the benchmark for "how expensive money should be" is generally moving upward. Don't think this is just an Australian issue; this is the collective stance of central banks worldwide: it's not a temporary rate hike, but a long-term elevation of the interest rate baseline. Assets like $BTC, which have zero interest and are priced purely based on risk appetite, benefit most from a low interest rate environment. When risk-free returns worldwide are systemically rising, holding non-yielding assets while telling a ten-year story means the opportunity cost grows day by day. Those focused on whether the Fed will hike rates in October might be missing the bigger picture. Do you think this round of high interest rates is cyclical or the new normal? APR has been struggling these days. The current price is 0.03988, just slightly above the intraday low of 0.03804. In the past day, it wasn't a strong bear attack but rather bulls withdrawing themselves: long positions worth about $140,000 were liquidated, while shorts only about $10,000; leveraged longs were washed out, and no one stepped in to buy on the rebound, so volume was higher on the drop and lower on the bounce.
Backtesting similar large unlocks is also unfavorable: about three-quarters underperformed the market in the week before the unlock, with consistent sample direction before and after. The moving averages are in a bearish alignment now, combined with supply pressure from the 10-23 unlock, the bias is bearish. The 0.0050% fee in phase three only indicates contract inactivity and should not be taken as a bearish signal.
In the short term, 0.03804 is expected to be tested again; if broken, weakness will likely persist until before the unlock. After the unlock, backtesting shows no stable direction, so conclusions only extend to 10-23. Only if the price climbs back above 0.04729 does it indicate that selling pressure has been digested early, invalidating the bearish outlook. #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Right now, this phase feels more like a game after a rebound, not a stage for blindly chasing gains. Making money on a short position—does it really mean the direction was right, or just that the emotional pullback was timed correctly? Reviewing my records these past two days, what stands out most isn’t the string of returns, but that both short trades happened at the end of the rebound: shorted XRP near 1.32, closed at 1.296, about 21% return; entered PONS near 0.3253, exited at 0.301, about 26.5% return. The account grew from 500 yuan to 9,545 yuan; after deducting 3,500 yuan living expenses, available funds are 6,045 yuan, with a single week gain of +2,239 yuan, +62.87%. The numbers look good, but I care more about the phase feeling behind them. What’s really being traded this wave is "whether the rebound can continue." Earlier, CPI and PPI both exceeded expectations, pushing back rate cut expectations, so risk appetite should naturally contract; Tesla’s new Roadster sparked localized emotion, not a full risk switch. So the capital’s choice is subtle: no chasing highs, instead subtracting at resistance levels. Mainstream coins like XRP see some selling near previous highs, indicating trapped positions above remain; small-cap tokens like PONS drop more decisively, showing thinner support for altcoins. BTC hasn’t crashed but hasn’t shown strong trends either; ETH’s follow-up strength is average, typical of a divergence phase—indices move sideways while quietly rotating structure. A bullish path also exists: if BT$SPCX HOLDERS ARE NOT READY FOR WHAT COMES NEXT.
SpaceX went from $228 to a brutal selloff.
And I think the WORST part is still ahead.
Everyone wants to call the bottom. I'm waiting for December.
Look at the potential supply coming into the market:
Aug 11 → 25% unlocked
Sep 25 → 46% of float unlocked
Oct 25 → 60% of float unlocked
Nov 9 → Another 28% scheduled unlock
If that supply hits the market, I expect another wave of selling pressure
#SpaceXQ3Earnings Title: Retail traders flip to short overnight, but prices insist on rising—Monday's market, shorts pay tuition first
Let's start with the most bizarre set of numbers: $BTC long-short ratio was 2.78 yesterday, with 70% going long; waking up, it plunged to 0.73, nearly 60% flipped to short. The price? It rose 0.36%, hanging at 81,573. The day retail traders turn short, the market behaves most irrationally.
This is no coincidence. Shorts got squeezed too fast and too uniformly, ironically becoming the ones being lifted in the short term. I'm not chasing shorts now—not because I'm bullish, but because shorts are too crowded.
---
Liquidation data is more honest than the long-short ratio.
In 24 hours, the whole network liquidated 262 million, 90,000 traders paid tuition, 70% were longs. But this is just the total. Breaking it down is bloodier: $ETH liquidated 107 million in 24 hours, longs accounted for 91%; $SOL liquidated 16.59 million, longs 89%. Even as prices fell, some still bought longs, only to be buried. As prices rose, longs paid tuition to the market first.
So on the surface, it looks like "retail flipped short," but fundamentally longs were cleaned out too thoroughly. Shorts are newly flipped with fresh positions; longs have been repeatedly harvested, their floating chips already reduced. Under this structure, if shorts get squeezed more, short-term rebounds face less resistance.
---
Money is shifting to the back, not exiting.
$BTC positions are flat, but $ETH positions rose 1.89% against the trend, $SOL up 1.93%. Price down, positions up, indicating someone is buying, and it's the back row. If a rebound comes, $ETH and $SOL will likely move before $BTC. $BTC now acts more like the "ballast" stabilizing the index; real elasticity lies with the second and third.
But there's a background noise we can't ignore: US Bitcoin spot ETFs saw net outflows of 82.39 million on October 16, with BlackRock's IBIT alone accounting for 71.78 million; October's cumulative net outflow has flipped to 615 million, bleeding for two consecutive weeks. The institutional line hasn't reversed yet, so rebounds are rebounds, not reversals. Don't get carried away chasing highs—I could say this three times today and still not enough.
---
Big players are arguing, which itself is a signal.
OKX's big player ratio is 0.56, extremely bearish, cutting positions by 17%; another exchange's big player ratio is 1.95, bullish. Both sides are not small funds, but directions are completely opposite. What does this mean? It means no consensus at this level. Without consensus, the market is most prone to spikes up and down, exploding back and forth.
Add that today is Monday. Weekend liquidity is thin; any stir in the Strait of Hormuz causes oil prices to plunge, gold and silver to surge, and Bitcoin to spike urgently. The half-hour before the open is a needle aimed at those rushing to open positions.
---
My personal view, three points, no beating around the bush:
① Retail flips short but prices don't fall; shorts are too crowded, don't chase shorts short-term, watch shorts take a hit first on the rebound.
② Money is moving to $ETH and $SOL; watch them lead the rebound first, $BTC just needs to hold steady without crashing.
③ ETFs are still outflowing; macro CPI and PPI both beat expectations; the October FOMC hold-the-line expectation is weakening marginally; chasing highs lacks cost-effectiveness. Light positions to test longs are okay; cut losses if it breaks 80,800. This level is close to the ETF average cost line; breaking it is not a rebound but something else.
Don't blindly open positions on Monday. The market can spike anytime; the one who gets liquidated is always the most impatient one 🤣.

#特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 #美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? #SpaceX上市后首份完整季度财报将揭晓 When watching coins, don't just focus on the market's ups and downs; look up and check diesel. Huatai's latest research report clearly explains a blockchain: The US-Iran conflict remains unresolved, global refining capacity can't catch up, the diesel supply-demand gap can't be filled in the short term, and prices will stay high. What does this have to do with $BTC? Diesel is the lifeblood of the entire industry and transportation; when it's expensive, inflation sticks; when inflation sticks, rate cuts are far off. Many are still fantasizing about easing liquidity to save the market by year-end, but the reality is that the tail end of the rate hike cycle is being firmly held back by oil prices. The biggest fear for risk assets is never a one-time negative shock, but this kind of slowly tightening screw. Do you believe rate cuts are certain by year-end, or that inflation is more stubborn than the Fed?To be honest upfront: among these three short positions, the $ZEC one makes me a bit nervous.
It's not that I'm afraid it won't drop. It's that I'm afraid it might suddenly stop dropping.
The $BTC and $ETH shorts I hold more confidently. But $ZEC is different—it has the highest profit elasticity in this group of positions and is the only one standing on a catalyst that could bite back at any moment. Let me break it down: market moves are market moves, news is news, and I won’t mix them into a mess.
---
$BTC: Bears repeatedly test the 50-day moving average, but the on-chain "rope" is not what most people think
The daily 50-day moving average is currently stuck around $81,279. $BTC has been fluctuating around this line for the past week. The Aroon Down indicator hit 92.86, and the structure of progressively lower short-term highs remains intact. Purely from price action, bears do hold local control.
However, many people use "whales dumping on exchanges" as the core argument for shorting $BTC, but this narrative is outdated today. Glassnode data is clear: the trend of whales net depositing BTC to exchanges lasted all summer, stopped in late August, and since then net flows have been negative. In other words, the on-chain selling pressure that lasted three months is actually weakening, not intensifying.
So why is $BTC still being pressed near the 50-day line? The real pressure on price comes from long-term interest rates. The 30-year US Treasury yield remains around 5.67%, and the 10-year stays above 5%. Holding non-yielding assets has an opportunity cost. Bears aren’t profiting from "whale dumps" but from "risk-free rates being too high, making capital unwilling to pay a higher premium for $BTC at this level."
Therefore, for this $BTC short, I’m watching not the whales but when the 10-year yield starts to ease. If it doesn’t ease, the pressure near the 50-day line remains; if it does, bears should pull back.
---
$ETH: ETF outflows are worse than originally reported, but the bad news is already "on the table"
For $ETH, the news pressure is much more direct than for $BTC. Last week, $ETH spot ETFs saw a net outflow of $542 million, with BlackRock’s ETHA alone withdrawing $477 million, the largest single source of selling pressure. The consecutive days of net outflows have reached double digits, not just "7 days".
This means the bearish logic for ETH doesn’t rely on speculation; institutional funds are genuinely withdrawing. But conversely, when ETF outflows have lasted ten days and BlackRock’s outflow data has been widely circulated online, the marginal impact of this bad news is diminishing. The real risk to watch is if outflow data suddenly narrows one day—even from "large net outflows" to "small net outflows"—because $ETH’s short covering would come faster than $BTC’s due to ETH’s deeper liquidity and higher contract leverage.
I treat this $ETH short as a news-driven sprint, not a marathon. Once the data stabilizes, it needs to be reassessed.
---
$ZEC: This is the one that truly keeps me uneasy
$ZEC fell from the late September high of $1650–1700 to around $1165, a drop of about 30%. The daily chart shows a wide range between $1070–1350, with short-term moving averages pressing down, MACD flattening or even crossing bearish. Technically, it’s bearish. The "elasticity boost" mentioned in the original post makes sense from a volatility perspective.
But October 20 is the decision window for the NU7 mainnet. The testnet is already running, block time cut from 75 seconds to 25 seconds, with the mainnet target on November 5. Developers will decide on October 20 whether to proceed based on test results. This isn’t a distant promise; it’s a binary event landing within ten days.
The $ZEC short is essentially a bet that "the market won’t buy the catalyst before it lands." This bet isn’t invalid, but it’s fundamentally different from the $BTC and $ETH shorts: those are trading "already occurred capital outflows and interest rate pressure," while $ZEC’s short trades the "emotional vacuum before catalyst realization." The latter demands much more precise timing.
So my true stance on the $ZEC position is: it’s the "offensive leg" in this group of shorts, not the "ballast." High elasticity means that if any stir occurs before the NU7 decision window, the rebound could be much stronger than $BTC and $ETH. Low leverage and isolated margin here aren’t optional; they’re hard constraints.
---
Together, these three shorts cover three completely different bearish rationales: $BTC is interest rate pressure + technical structure, $ETH is ETF outflows + institutional withdrawal, and $ZEC is emotional play before a catalyst. Diversifying logic is correct, but don’t let "diversification" blur the true risk weight of each position.
$BTC and $ETH shorts are relatively "smooth"; $ZEC short is like trying to cut meat on a blade’s edge.
For those holding $ZEC shorts, how do you plan to handle them before October 20? Will you hold to the decision window to bet on "selling the fact," or take some profits early?
$BTC $ETH $ZEC #ZEC巨鲸3.8万枚空单平仓,亏损超3500万美元 #CLARITY表决推迟至9月,监管窗口后移 #特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 Rare pre-market divergence signals appear between South Korea and the US: South Korea's Nextrade pre-market saw Samsung and Hynix plunge over 5% at one point, with Hynix dropping nearly 7% before the open, while US pre-market memory sector stocks rose across the board, and Hynix ADR rebounded by 4.22%. This divergence is mainly due to the time lag in pricing sentiment recovery between the two markets' pre-market trading.
The market snapshot provides clues: after following the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index's continuous sell-off, Hynix plunged 12.76% in a single day on the 15th, accumulating a decline of over 30%, with pre-market prices dipping to 882 at one point.
The suppressing factors have not been lifted: the 10-year US Treasury yield continues to fluctuate above 5%, the US dollar index remains high, and long-term interest rates continue to exert pressure on high-duration tech stocks. A more direct trigger is the market's growing concern over the debt financing environment for AI data center companies like CoreWeave. If GPU procurement slows, it will suppress demand expectations for HBM and DRAM, which is the core reason why Hynix's decline exceeds Samsung's.
After the open, focus on two key levels: 904 is the intraday strength/weakness dividing line. If it holds and volume recovers above 921, it is expected to fill the pre-market dip gap and further challenge 930-935; if it falls below 904 again and breaks 890, it indicates pre-market buying support failed, with downside targets still around 882 and 875. Under the tug-of-war between macro interest rate pressure and long-term storage logic, intraday volatility will be very intense, with key attention on the quality of long-short turnover around the 900 level. The whole screen is still shouting that AI is the only certainty for the next decade, but these past two days Microsoft quietly withdrew from its data center cooperation with Nscale in the UK. Looking at it as a single deal, but connecting the dots, it's a signal: even the richest giants are starting to scrutinize the AI computing power ledger carefully. This time, I didn't short the already halved storage spot, but instead bet on the most liquidity-sensitive legs, $BTC and $ETH. The logic is simple: the first thing AI deleveraging transmits is not the narrative, but the valuation of risk assets. Interest rate hikes are not over yet, money is getting more expensive, and the first to be squeezed out are always those who leverage up and tell stories. Do you think Microsoft's move is about saving money or admitting defeat? #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Bullish#The Strait of Hormuz Mine Threat Reemerges, Oil Price Risks Heat Up The probability of a Fed rate hike has dropped to 12%, which is a clear short-term positive for gold ($XAU) but has a very minimal impact on oil. Regarding gold, the sharp drop in the rate hike probability means the market has almost ruled out a rate hike in October, easing the upward pressure on the US dollar index and US Treasury yields temporarily. The opportunity cost of holding non-yielding gold decreases, reflected in gold's recent rebound from the low of 4073 to 4085 and its consolidation between 4160 and 4190. However, the ceiling for gold's upside remains firm. Institutions generally anchor short-term gold prices in the 4100 to 4200 USD range for consolidation and bottoming, with the 4220 to 4250 USD range being a tough resistance wall repeatedly tested but not broken. The core suppression comes from the December rate hike expectation, which still holds a probability of about 67% to 70%, with long-term US Treasury yields maintaining a high level near 5.10%, and the pressure from real interest rates not relieved. The downside support is equally solid, with the People's Bank of China increasing holdings for 23 consecutive months. The 4000 USD level is the key support consensus among institutions, and 4085 to 4125 USD is the nearer-term defense line. Judging from this, gold is expected to oscillate strongly in the 4100 to 4250 range in the short term. The drop in rate hike probability to 12% provides breathing room rather than breakthrough fuel. The real turning signal will be whether the December FOMC is confirmed as the last hike. If the consensus forms that after one more hike this year no further hikes are needed next year, gold will have the conditions to break through 4250 and repair to higher levels. Oil's sensitivity to Fed rate hike probability is far lower than gold's because oil pricing ($CL) is determined by supply rather than interest rates. Brent crude oil ($BZ) recently closed above 109 USD, driven mainly by the Strait of Hormuz's throughput dropping to about 70% of pre-war levels, Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia, and Ukraine resuming strikes on Russian refineries. Some institutions estimate the embedded geopolitical risk premium in current oil prices to be as high as 20 to 24 USD per barrel. The only transmission path for the rate hike probability dropping to 12% to affect oil is through lower interest rate expectations, theoretically benefiting economic growth and crude demand, but this chain is too weak to offset the real supply-side disturbances. The real pressure on oil prices comes from signs of marginal easing in fundamentals, including Middle East export recovery, oil producers expanding spot sales, and freight rate declines, but these factors are currently fully covered by the geopolitical premium. Technically, WTI daily and weekly indicators show strong buy signals, but the 14-day RSI near 77 indicates severe overbought conditions. Any easing news could trigger a few dollars' pullback without changing the overall picture. Judging from this, oil's trend has a very weak relationship with rate hike probability and is currently fully dominated by geopolitical news, with wide oscillations and stronger upward momentum. Brent's short-term benchmark range is 104 to 116 USD. As long as the Hormuz risk continues to rise, reversal is unlikely, but chasing highs amid extreme overbought conditions faces significant pullback risk. #CreatorIncentive On Friday's market, the AI story was repriced. It wasn't a full collapse; rather, high-leverage computing power was sold off, and funds moved elsewhere. The Dow closed at 52,002 points, down 0.34%. The S&P dropped 1.09% to 7,659 points. The Nasdaq fell 2.15% to 26,140 points. Over the week, the Nasdaq dropped about 4.5%, marking its worst week since June; the S&P fell nearly 2%; meanwhile, the Dow actually rose 0.7%. The VIX jumped to around 20. The tech sector fell about 3%, and communication services also showed clear weakness. Energy bucked the trend, rising over 2%, with utilities and consumer staples closing in the green. Brent crude oil rose to nearly $110, driven higher by geopolitical factors, and energy stocks followed suit. What the market is really trading is the borrowing cost behind data center expansion. CoreWeave dropped nearly 12% again on Friday, closing near $61. Semiconductors didn't stop either; Micron fell 5.6%, Intel nearly 6%. Among the seven giants, Apple edged up slightly, while most others declined. Inflation data was on the hot side, and the 10-year US Treasury yield remains around 5.1%. In this high-interest-rate environment, the story of leveraging debt to build computing power has been recalculated. The indices were dragged down by tech weight, but internal rotation is clear. The Dow's resilience is because funds haven't fully withdrawn; they've just shifted from high-valuation tech to cash-flow-positive energy and defensive sectors. The market is still asking the same question: how high can capital costs be sustained for computing power expansion? $BTC $ETH $SNDK #特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 #NetflixQ3AdsAndMargins Netflix is no longer just chasing subscribers. The real challenge now is turning growth into bigger profits. On October 20, its Q3 results will put two growth engines to the test: subscriptions and advertising. Bitcoin is still "waiting for the wind." BTC fluctuated around $82,000, with a net outflow of $679 million from spot ETFs in the first week of October, but still a net inflow of about $2.09 billion over the past 30 days. Institutions have not fully withdrawn; they are just more concentrated in betting on BTC. ETF categories are expanding: Grayscale's Zcash ETF attracted over $1 billion in its first month, ranking in the top 1% of newly launched ETFs in nearly a decade by first-month scale, marking the end of the "ETF only BTC/ETH" phase.
RWA and stablecoins: users are entering, but bottlenecks remain. The total market cap of stablecoins has reached $306 billion, with an annual growth rate of about 74%, and RWA holders are accelerating penetration; however, supply-demand mismatches, liquidity fragmentation, and the difficulty of using stablecoins for everyday bill payments are hurdles that must be overcome before widespread adoption.

Benchmark Comparison:
10 days ago: ETH≈2420, OKB=122
After the first fluctuation: ETH returned to 2420, OKB fell back to 117
Last night's third major fluctuation: ETH still maintained around 2420, OKB further dropped to 113
Core Phenomenon Interpretation
Ethereum price remains steady, but OKB's highs continue to decline at the same ETH price level.
In other words: ETH is consolidating sideways, while OKB's relative valuation keeps shrinking, showing OKB is weaker than ETH.
Simply put: Under the same market conditions (ETH 2420), OKB's pricing is getting lower each time.
Possible Reasons Behind This
1. Capital aspect: Funds are flowing out from the platform token OKB; during market fluctuations, capital prioritizes withdrawing from exchange sectors; even if ETH doesn't fall, platform tokens are continuously reduced in volatile markets.
2. Sector characteristics: OKB is an exchange platform token, more sensitive to exchange trading volume, industry regulation, and platform fundamentals news. In a volatile market, the risk premium for platform tokens is decreasing.
3. Price ratio logic (OKB/ETH exchange rate)
- Exchange rate 10 days ago: 122 ÷ 2420 ≈ 0.0504
- After first fluctuation: 117 ÷ 2420 ≈ 0.0483

Overview: The biggest development in the past 24 hours is that China and the US reached an overall framework agreement in Kuala Lumpur, and the previously scheduled 100% tariff threat set for November 1 has been removed. This temporarily eliminates the most severe tail risks weighing on the tech chains of A-shares, Hong Kong stocks, and US stocks; meanwhile, after the blockade declaration in the Strait of Hormuz, the first interception firing occurred, and the scale of mutual attacks between Russia and Ukraine has escalated, so energy risks have not disappeared. There are two key validation points today: the National Bureau of Statistics' Q3 data, and whether the risk pricing of the China-US framework can hold after Monday's market open. #NetflixQ3AdsAndMargins $ZEC Watch the trend of ZEC:
· Monthly-level previous low support is effective
· Significant reduction in selling pressure from holders above
· Signs of breaking away from the overall market to run an independent trend
· Macro sentiment cooperation
With the resonance of these four factors, the probability of an upward trend increases.

Since the $BTC low in June, buying Friday and selling Sunday was profitable.Bitcoin has a large number of loyal fans, solid value logic, and strong consensus. Facing rapid advancements in quantum technology like Google's Magic, is there really an existential risk?
First, let's calm down and rationally separate two things: having medium- to long-term cryptographic security risks ≠ immediate catastrophic collapse; strong consensus ≠ immunity to all future technological shocks.
1. First, admit: Bitcoin's consensus and value foundation are indeed solid
After more than a decade of multiple bull and bear cycles, regulatory crackdowns, and hacker incidents, it still has a massive global holder base. The reasons supporting consensus are very clear:
1. A fixed total supply of 21 million coins, decentralized issuance, no single entity can arbitrarily increase supply;
2. Global distributed nodes make it very difficult to shut down unilaterally;
3. As a digitally scarce asset, many treat it as digital gold, an inflation hedge, and a censorship-resistant reserve asset;
4. It has the strongest liquidity among crypto assets, with institutional ETFs continuously participating, and mature ecosystem applications and custody infrastructure.
So the large number of long-term holders who are firmly optimistic have a complete logical basis, and this consensus cannot be simply denied.
2. Objectively consider: what risks do quantum advances like Google's Magic bring, and are they catastrophic?
1. The attack targets are limited, not all Bitcoin
The threat of Shor's algorithm only targets addresses whose public keys have already been exposed on-chain (about 6.9 million BTC).
If users do not reuse addresses after transactions and the public key corresponding to the private key has never been on-chain, those bitcoins cannot be cracked by this quantum method.
Simply put: not all bitcoins on the entire network will be instantly compromised.
2. Magic breakthrough accelerates R&D progress but does not mean attack capability exists now
Google's Willow chip has only 105 qubits; this is a lab verification of Magic state preparation technology, a fundamental breakthrough in principle.
Although it greatly lowers the hardware threshold for future fault-tolerant quantum computers and shortens the R&D cycle, there are still long technical challenges from lab chips to hundreds of thousands of qubits, full-chain stable fault tolerance, and engineering devices capable of running Shor's algorithm stably. No crisis will erupt in the short term.
3. The real catastrophic risk requires a combination of conditions; a single technological breakthrough is insufficient to destroy BTC
Only when all the following conditions are met simultaneously will a catastrophic blow occur:
① Engineering implementation, producing a stable and usable large-scale fault-tolerant quantum computer;
② Hackers use the machine to steal large amounts of bitcoins with exposed public keys in batches, with large-scale asset theft incidents repeatedly exposed;
③ The Bitcoin community fails to reach consensus on a hard fork in time and cannot switch to a post-quantum cryptographic system;
④ Market confidence is severely shaken, the store-of-value narrative collapses, and massive capital outflows occur.
Quantum technology progress alone can only be considered a significant medium- to long-term risk, not an immediate destruction of Bitcoin.
If the Bitcoin community can successfully complete protocol upgrades and switch to quantum-resistant signatures before quantum attack devices mature, this risk can be mitigated. The difficulty lies in Bitcoin's decentralization; a hard fork requires coordinating miners, nodes, exchanges, institutional ETFs, and a massive global user base, making unified consensus very difficult. This is the biggest bottleneck.
3. Rational and dialectical summary
1. BTC's huge consensus, mature ecosystem, and scarcity attributes truly exist. The logic of many supporters deserves respect; there is no need to argue antagonistically whenever risks are mentioned.
2. Google's Magic represents accelerated progress in quantum computing technology. Long-term cryptographic risks objectively exist but are medium- to long-term risks, not immediate disasters.
3. Whether the risk evolves into a catastrophic disaster depends on two things: the pace of quantum hardware implementation and whether the Bitcoin community can complete the post-quantum protocol upgrade in time.
4. Even if a large amount of BTC with exposed public keys is stolen in the future, it will only severely damage market confidence and does not mean the entire Bitcoin network will instantly go to zero; only if multiple negative factors resonate and consensus completely collapses will it reach an extreme destructive outcome, which is a low-probability extreme scenario. Two once highly anticipated on-chain projects have now both fallen from grace. $PONS has retraced nearly 70% from its peak; back then, the community was full of FOMO, hailing it as the “launchpad for the rh chain.” Its buyback and dividend mechanism was benchmarked against hyperliquid, and the logic sounded flawless—the protocol generates real profits in cash, so the price should naturally rise steadily. But the reality is, the drop was ruthless. There is a cognitive trap easily overlooked here: no matter how sophisticated the mechanism design is, it cannot withstand valuation overextension. The buyback protocol can indeed create cash flow, but the market has already priced in profits for several years ahead. Latecomers end up buying “certainty” that is fully or even overly priced. When the narrative fades, no matter how sexy the model, the price only has one way to go—back down. My approach is simple: for these types of on-chain projects, I limit single purchases to $3,000 and only enter when the market cap is sufficiently low. Once the market cap is pushed high, no matter how good the story, I avoid it. Buying low enough is the only way to have room for winning odds, leverage, and risk-reward balance—this is not conservatism but treating the “entry price” as the most important risk control variable. Following this logic, I am currently watching $MARSCOIN, the first meme coin listed on Binance exchange. Its risk profile is completely different from on-chain projects: as long as it remains listed on Binance, the probability of delisting within a year or two is low, while its ability to generate volatility is quite considerable. The biggest tail risk for on-chain projects is going straight to zero, whereas exchange-listed tokens are more prone to deep drawdowns rather than complete disappearance. My position sizing also reflects this layered thinking.A new 4-year cycle bull market could be underway, based on its power law patterns. There doesn’t seem to be a narrative, but then again, bull markets rarely start with one. Looking at the fee rankings in the morning, I pay more attention to one column: how much users paid versus how much the protocol actually retained.
Based on the 24-hour data from the October 18 screenshot:
$PUMP: Fees $5.79 million, revenue $2.12 million, retention rate 37%
Papertrade: $5.73 million, $5.73 million, 100%
$HYPE: $3.14 million, $2.42 million, 77%
Polymarket: $2.94 million, $430,000, 15%
$SUNI: $2.39 million, $280,000, 12%
The highest fees are from PUMP, but the highest revenue is from Papertrade. This contrast is more interesting than just looking at the rankings.
However, a single day of 100% retention is just a signal and cannot be taken as a long-term conclusion. We still need to see if the revenue can be sustained, how fees are allocated, and whether the token can capture value.
When evaluating a project, do you first look at trading volume and fees, or the actual revenue the protocol retains?
Data is organized based on the screenshot; project statistics may vary. This is only personal observation and does not constitute investment advice.BTC and SOL spot are still being bought, while ETH spot and futures are relatively weak; this set of data is worth watching.
After reviewing today's capital flows, I remain cautious today, but the situations of the three coins are different.
1️⃣ BTC|Some short-term buying, sustainability remains to be seen
In the past 24 hours, spot net inflow is about $12.26 million, futures net outflow about $165 million.
However, spot net outflow in the past 12 hours is about $90.18 million, and net outflow over the past 30 days is about $886 million. The divergence across different time windows indicates that buying and selling forces are still fluctuating, so further observation is needed.
2️⃣ ETH|Buying pressure is still not strong enough
In the past 24 hours, spot net outflow is about $63.73 million, futures net outflow about $436 million. Spot net outflow over the past 30 days is about $3.493 billion.
Both spot and futures transactions lean towards active selling, which is why I remain cautious about ETH's rebound. Going forward, we need to see if selling pressure can ease and if buying can continuously pick up.
3️⃣ SOL|Spot performance is relatively better
In the past 24 hours, spot net inflow is about $6.42 million, futures net outflow about $37.67 million. There is some spot support, but whether it can hold the price still needs further observation.
My judgment: Currently, it looks more like localized buying resistance; there is not enough evidence for a comprehensive strengthening. The bias is bearish, but chasing shorts at low levels also requires caution against a rebound.Holding steady above 81,000, but is the capital quietly withdrawing? 🤔
OKX snapshot shows BTC currently at 81,403.3 USDT, down only 0.47% in 24 hours, with a daily high-low range of less than 1,000 dollars, the trend seems "nailed" around 81,000. 📌 Meanwhile, ETH is at 2,396.65 USDT, down 1.15%, falling from 2,441.9 down to 2,356.62, with a noticeably larger volatility.
What’s more noteworthy is the trading structure: in the same time window, ETH’s trading volume is 140 million USDT, higher than BTC’s 111 million. The sharper drop and heavier turnover indicate that short-term selling pressure is more concentrated on the ETH side. ⚖️
The capital flow is also not cooperating. On the US trading day of October 16, BTC spot ETFs saw a net outflow of 82.4 million dollars, ETH spot ETFs a net outflow of 69.7 million dollars, marking the second consecutive day of outflows with expanding scale. 📉 Prices haven’t collapsed, but ETFs are withdrawing, indicating that the sideways movement around 80,000 is not supported by incremental spot capital.
Therefore, BTC’s resistance to decline cannot simply be interpreted as a strong signal for now. 👀 On the surface it’s stable, but capital is moving out behind the scenes, this mismatch is more worth watching. To get a clear understanding of the real heat in the DeFi sector, it’s worth observing $ETH, $UNI, and $AAVE simultaneously. ETH determines the underlying liquidity foundation of the ecosystem, UNI reflects retail trading activity, and AAVE indicates the increase or decrease of market leverage. When ETH stabilizes and UNI and AAVE rise in sync, it means the DeFi market has sustainability.Babylon, Stacks, Core Three Kingdoms: Who Truly Solves the Trillion-Dollar Market Cap Challenge of BTCFi
The three main routes in the BTCFi track each have their trade-offs; none perfectly solves all problems.
Stacks uses PoX (Proof of Transfer), with all transactions ultimately anchored to Bitcoin settlement, and rewards can be directly issued in native BTC. Its advantage is that rewards are in the native currency, and the ecosystem started early; the downside is that the underlying layer is not EVM-native, raising the developer entry barrier, limiting scaling speed, and the sBTC solution still involves some trust assumptions.
Babylon relies on Taproot time locks, keeping BTC on the Bitcoin mainnet, mainly providing economic security for various PoS chains, functioning as a modular staking layer. It is BTC re-staking infrastructure that can externally output security but is not itself a complete EVM application chain and does not directly host a full DeFi ecosystem.
Core uses Satoshi Plus hybrid consensus, employing Bitcoin CLTV native scripts; BTC does not cross-chain or custody but only sets time locks to obtain consensus voting rights. The base layer inherits Bitcoin's hash power security, with a native EVM on top, providing a one-stop platform for DEX, lending, and other BTCFi applications. The Hermes hard fork reduces confirmation time to 6 seconds. The downside is that rewards are in CORE tokens, which have high price volatility.
The three focus areas are completely different: Stacks emphasizes BTC yield; Babylon emphasizes modular security output; Core emphasizes a complete EVM BTCFi public chain.Where is the future of cryptocurrencies like $BTC Bitcoin? It has been exactly one year since the flash crash on October 10th, and surprisingly, the liquidity of Bitcoin and Ethereum has quietly rebuilt. Now, their order book depth is 75% higher than before the crash, with $11.7 million worth of orders placed within a 1% price range of the current price, making it difficult for large trades to significantly move the market.
However, the entire crypto market is showing clear divergence. Altcoins continue to lose liquidity, and spot trading activity has not yet returned to the peak levels of October 2025.
From a global industry perspective, there will definitely be no more broad bull markets like in the early years. Leading assets like BTC and ETH are gradually being accepted by overseas regulatory frameworks, becoming alternative hedge assets similar to gold. U.S. spot ETFs and pension funds have started to allocate small proportions. Ethereum is also moving towards tokenizing real-world assets (RWA). The vast majority of altcoins and worthless tokens will slowly be cleared out and go to zero. The frozen goods on the cutting board have only half thawed when the White House already tore open a slit in the plastic wrap of the Russia sanctions—on October 16, partial exemptions under the Graham Act took effect, and high tariffs were also loosened. Foodies, don’t rush to applaud just yet; in my kitchen, the accounts for the diesel-flavored broth on this stove haven’t been settled.
The exemption is like the chef temporarily allowing a batch of cold chain trucks from suppliers, but when the trucks arrive at the door, the unloading still has to wait—the US-Russia diesel orders are stuck at the delivery stage. The sanctions have only loosened the ropes; it doesn’t mean the stove fire can immediately flare up. Trump said oil prices would drop soon; that sounds like pouring hot oil over a steak—sizzling loudly—but Zelensky slammed the table in opposition, and Ukraine’s drones keep sprinkling chili powder on refinery chimneys. The production loss remains a confusing account to this day. The International Energy Agency is even harsher, pouring a cup of bitter wine into the soup: diesel shortages may last until 2027.
Cooking requires balance. In this geopolitical broth, the exemption is just a pinch of salt recently added, refinery attacks are the hidden flames still flickering under the stove, and freight costs are the layer of red oil floating on the surface—looks harmless, but a spoonful will blister your tongue. You want to rely on this bit of saltiness to bring back the whole soup’s flavor? First ask the cold chain transport folks if they’re willing to turn down the heat.
As for the tokenized targets in the US stock market, linking this dish tests the plating skills even more. The upstream crude oil, the main ingredient, sneezes once, and the downstream tech stock seasoning turns sour accordingly. If the main dish isn’t properly stewed, no matter how much seasoning you add, it’s all for nothing. The super spicy chili—leveraged contracts—right now, don’t shake your hand and throw it wildly into the pot. The kitchen is already lively enough; the black smoke from refineries and the undercurrent of shipping fees are two fires. If you add chili, diners will be breathing fire from their throats.
My professional judgment here is: the exemption opened the fridge door, but the stove lacks gas, the delivery route has obstacles, and the neighboring stall is still throwing firecrackers under your pot. With these three combined, you tell me prices can drop today? First, break down and weigh the cold chain freight bill before talking. In my view, the real heat of this soup isn’t in the White House’s signing pen but in the color of the refinery chimneys tomorrow—when the smoke lightens, the soup dares to simmer on low; when the smoke thickens, every spoon you serve will carry a burnt taste. #usrussiasanctionswaiverThe hardest numbers this morning: BTC long-short ratio flipped overnight from 2.78 to 0.73. Yesterday, 70% were long, this morning nearly 60% flipped short, yet the price rose 0.36% to 81573.
Big players are also arguing: OKEx big players' ratio at 0.56 is extremely bearish, positions cut by 17%; another exchange's big players' ratio at 1.95 are bullish. Retail traders flipped short, big players betting on both sides 😅.
ETH is even more divided: down 0.15% to 2386, positions increased by 1.89%. In 24 hours, 63 million volume with 63% longs, even after the drop some are still buying long, really stubborn.
SOL up 0.44% to 103.27, positions up 1.93%. Retail traders 2.72 times bullish collide with main force extremely bearish, 10.63 million volume with 70% longs, bulls pay tuition while rising.
Total network volume up 38% to 116.5 billion, positions only up 0.41%: volume comes from liquidation battles, 262 million in 24 hours with 70% longs, 90,000 people paying tuition. No new money in, old money fighting each other 📉.
My personal view currently:
① Retail flipped from long to short overnight, price insists on rising: shorts are too crowded and get lifted first, don't chase shorts in the short term;
② BTC positions flat, ETH and SOL adding positions, money moving to the back. Watch these two to lead the rebound first;
③ Big players arguing, ETF still outflowing 82.4 million USD, don't get greedy chasing highs. Light positions to try longs, cut losses if below 80800.
The day retail flips short is the most irrational on the market. I stand with the rebound, shorts get hit first. Also, today is Monday, don't blindly open positions, the market can pop you with a single needle anytime 🤣U.S. stock market panic index slightly surged, can BTC hold above 80,000 after the spike?
Just now
BTC spiked again, reaching around $80,621, just a few hundred dollars away from the 80,000 mark. This market really keeps people awake, but fortunately it hasn't broken down yet. The support level is very clear.
On October 16, the VIX surged 21.45% to 19.99, the S&P 500 closed at 7,659.44 points, down 1.09%; the Nasdaq dropped 2.15%. Historically, after similar VIX surges, on the following Monday there were 25 instances of pullbacks and 7 instances of continued rises.
BTC is currently around $80,680, with the 80,000 mark still a critical level. (Most important of the most important)
ETH market is latest around $2,374, down about 2.15% in 24 hours. ETH can be said to be the market’s mirror reflecting BTC.
BTC is repeatedly tugging around the support level, and ETH isn’t doing much better. We can’t say the risk is over yet; we need to see if this downturn will continue to expand. (Hopefully it holds tomorrow)
I can only pay more attention to the performance after the U.S. stock market opens. (After all, U.S. stocks and crypto are still tightly connected)
If the VIX falls back and the S&P stops dropping, BTC and ETH might catch a breather; if U.S. stocks continue to weaken,
we need to keep a close eye on the 80,000 level. Historical patterns are only for reference, not a guarantee of a rebound.
$BTC $ETH Bullish brothers, open your eyes and take a look at this chart,
don't be deluded anymore.
Do you think 1130 is a solid bottom? Do you think it should rebound after dropping to 1140?
Let me tell you, a true bottom is never conjured up by willpower or fantasy.
Why is it falling? Look at what has happened on-chain in the past two days.
On-chain detective ZachXBT directly named suspects: North Korean hackers are allegedly exploiting Zcash's privacy features to transfer about $3.8 million ZEC stolen from a Bitget vulnerability.
Hackers are using it as a money laundering channel, and regulatory scrutiny will only get closer.
Meanwhile, Grayscale's ZCSH ETF funds continue to bleed, with a net outflow of $1.2197 million in a single day.
Smart money is withdrawing, dirty money is sneaking in; with such fundamentals, what can hold the thousand-dollar mark?
Look at the liquidation data. In the past 24 hours, ZEC has seen $8.8 million in liquidations across the network, with long positions liquidated at $6.7587 million and shorts only $2.0439 million.
The bulls are being ground down, one chain reaction liquidation after another. If you're still waiting for a rebound, all you'll get is the next batch of liquidations.
The next move is simple: hold your base position. If the pumpers really give face and it rebounds to 1180 to 1200 to lure longs, I'll take profits and roll them into short positions. Target? First watch the previous low at 1073; if it breaks, the abyss lies below.
Don't fight the trend
$BTC $ETH $ZEC
#特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 The sell orders are only slightly more, yet the longs bear nearly 90% of the liquidations. Which is suffering more, BTC or ETH?
After reviewing this data this morning, the real warning is not how fierce the sell orders are, but how fragile the long positions are.
① The buy and sell volumes are similar, but liquidations are one-sided
In the past 4 hours, active buys totaled $2.467 billion, active sells $2.585 billion, with sell orders accounting for only 51.17%, a very slim advantage; but liquidations during the same period were about $225 million, with longs around $200 million, nearly 89%. The trading volume difference is small, but liquidations clearly favor the longs, indicating this downturn has hit many longs' tolerance levels.
② BTC: First, check if the support holds steady
In the past 4 hours, BTC liquidations were about $15.86 million, with longs accounting for 91.1%. Liquidations have occurred, but that doesn't mean selling pressure is over. The key is to see if the pullback continues to hit new lows and whether the rebound can hold. Don't rush to interpret liquidations as a bottom signal.
③ ETH: Liquidation pressure is more pronounced
During the same period, ETH liquidations were about $61.1 million, approximately 3.9 times that of BTC, with longs accounting for 95.3%, indicating more concentrated losses among longs. Going forward, besides watching if ETH can stop falling on its own, also watch if ETH can follow BTC when BTC stabilizes, rather than falling deeper at every dip.
For now, lean towards caution: longs being liquidated is one thing; whether continuous buying support emerges is another.
