Tokenized real-world assets offer crypto markets a potential bridge to traditional financial instruments. Ondo’s positioning in this sector makes distribution, regulatory compliance, asset transparency, and access restrictions especially important factors. Growth in tokenized products would not necessarily translate proportionally into ONDO token demand. Separating the success of the underlying business from the economics of the governance token is crucial when evaluating this narrative.#Netflix growth may slow, advertising business becomes new focus September CPI year-on-year at 3.7%, core CPI month-on-month steady at 0.3% for two consecutive months, PPI year-on-year directly hitting 6.3%, marking the largest increase since 2022. Energy is the obvious driver, with diesel once surging to a historic high of $6.528 per gallon, but the real killer is housing and core services—housing month-on-month rose from 0.3% to 0.4%, contributing nearly half of the core CPI increase, and "super core" services year-on-year rebounded from 3.1% to 3.2%. The foundation of inflation is not rotten; its stickiness remains. Logically, with such data, risk assets should be down. But Wash's stance at the IMF annual meeting was subtle: acknowledging stubborn inflation but refusing to make any commitment to a rate hike in October, only dropping the line "reality broadly aligns with our expectations." The market instantly pushed the probability of an October rate hike from 43.7% after the data release down to 15%. But if you relax just by looking at this number, you fall into a trap—the probability of a 25 basis point hike in December still hangs around 77%. This is the most contradictory aspect of the current market: loose in the near term, tight in the long term. #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点
My view is that I believe the golden era of this iconic company has passed.Today, while browsing on-chain data, I discovered a very strong player. BitMine released its latest position update on October 12: last week, it bought another 12,532 ETH, bringing its total holdings to 6,028,946 ETH—about 6.03 million. What does 6.03 million ETH mean? It accounts for 4.9% of the total ETH supply. In other words, for every 20 ETH in circulation, 1 is held by BitMine. At the current price of $2,430, this position is worth about $14.6 billion. Including cash and other investments, BitMine's total assets are approximately $16.2 billion. Even more astonishing is the timeframe. Fifteen months ago, BitMine's ETH holdings were zero. Starting from zero, it bought 6.03 million ETH in 15 months, averaging 400,000 ETH per month. This is not investing; this is stockpiling. Moreover, it bought during a crash. Last week, BTC broke $80,000, ETH dropped to $2,317, the market panicked, and 185,000 people were liquidated. BitMine bought another 12,532 ETH at this time—while others were cutting losses, it was adding to its position. Why is BitMine so bullish on ETH? I think there are three reasons. First, ETH's deflationary model. After EIP-1559, a portion of the transaction fees for every ETH transaction is burned. When the network is active, more ETH is burned than newly issued, making ETH a deflationary asset. BitMine is hoarding an increasingly scarce asset. Second, ETH staking income...At Friday's close, the Nasdaq fell 2.15%, the S&P dropped 1.09%, and the Nasdaq lost 4.48% for the week, marking its worst week since April. None of the 30 components of the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index were up; the storage index fell 6.28%. CoreWeave dropped 12% in one day and 25% for the week, with debt exceeding 51 billion, and the price of default insurance implies a more than 60% probability of default over the next five years.
On the other hand, Bank of America said U.S. equity funds saw inflows of 39 billion in a single week, annualizing to 636 billion, a record. But the same firm's strategist also said they want to lay low for the next month. Money is flowing in, people are at the door, but it's all so twisted.
Waller swallowed his words and said he won't make predictions for the remaining two meetings this year. The bet on a rate hike in October dropped from 27.7% to 17.2%, while the odds of no change rose to 82%. Starting today, the blackout period begins, and no one is coming out to correct the narrative.
Oil prices are still pressing overhead, with WTI at 101.9 and Brent at 110; energy is one of the few sectors closing in the green among eleven sectors.
Those who drive sports cars understand this kind of tension—when cash flow is still coming in, the real question is whether you dare to finish this tank of gas. I've been watching these past two days, waiting for it to give its own answer.
Personal record sharing, not investment advice. What do you think over there? Let's chat together. Brent crude oil hits the second highest level this year, Federal Reserve rate hike coming at the end of the month, midterm elections approaching! Where is the market headed?
Woke up to Brent crude hitting $110, New York crude hitting the $100 mark; this suppressed the oversold rebound momentum of risk assets as well as the short-to-medium term rebound demand for gold and silver;
Moreover, this week's CPI/PPI far exceeding expectations has thoroughly put Trump on the hot seat, with less than half a month left in the window. Although the new leadership has stated they do not intend to eliminate the Persian cat, it is far from enough. Lies can be told, but the market is very honest. This time, the Trump Republicans' refusal to compromise costs not only the midterm elections but also the trust of voters, basically ruining the 2028 presidential election prospects;
What the public wants is very simple: a real reduction in living costs; after controlling inflation for several years, Trump's administration's conflicts have directly undone years of effort. CPI/PPI is the second highest this year and the second highest in nearly four years;
This conflict is far more than just a few billion in military spending. Long-term debt interest keeps climbing, with annual new interest exceeding that amount; rising living costs increase social costs annually, suppressing consumption and significantly impacting GDP;
Without action, do not expect any achievements in the second half of the term, as it will be restricted by both houses; taking action is the most pragmatic move at this moment. The arrow is already on the string and must be released; it cannot be solved by mere talk because there is no longer a window of opportunity;
According to the current trend, if there is no quick measure to suppress oil prices, the probability of a rate hike in the upcoming rate decision at the end of the month is high. This is an unavoidable result. Wash has modified the pre-rate hike "press briefing"#Netflix growth may slow, advertising business becomes new focus $OKB's market cap is only one-tenth of its parent company's valuation. In the same exchange business, $BNB's market cap is nearly forty times that of OKB, while the business scale of the two companies differs by just over two times.
To put the numbers straight: OKX's latest funding round values it at $25 billion, with Standard Chartered, Circle, and Ripple all listed as shareholders; the total 21 million OKB tokens at current price amount to a market cap of $2.6 billion, which is 10.8% of the parent company's valuation. On the other hand, Binance's derivatives market share is 35%, OKX's is 16%, a 2.2 times difference; yet BNB's market cap is $103 billion, forty times that of OKB.
The business difference is twofold, the token difference is fortyfold, and the gap of over ten times lies not in the business but in how value flows back to the token.
BNB has two channels: quarterly profits are used to buy back and burn tokens, and every on-chain Gas fee is burned in real time—the better the business, the fewer the tokens. Conversely, OKB permanently locked its total supply at 21 million after a one-time burn last year, removing the authority for minting and burning—scarcity is achieved, but the cost is that no matter how much the exchange earns, the token quantity won't decrease, relying only on fee discounts and Jumpstart quotas as soft bindings.
So the current price of OKB is not set by OKX's business but by whether the X Layer can take off. If the chain takes off, the $2.6 billion market cap has enough elasticity; if not, it's just a membership card without dividends.
115 is the current support level in this pullback, with resistance at 124 above. The rebound is fake; the money simply hasn't arrived.
$BTC just broke below 81,000, down 1.77% in 24 hours, with nearly 80,000 liquidations across the market. The chart looks like it's recovering, but if you separate the capital flows of $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL, heat and money are two different things.
$BTC — The support strength is weakening. Spot net outflow of 13.7 million in 1 hour, 133 million net outflow in 24 hours; contracts are also withdrawing. The brief 24-hour net inflow is an illusion—over a longer period, contracts have a cumulative net outflow of 3.3 billion over a week. This rebound looks more like passive repair, not new money actively buying in. The ETF side confirms the same: institutional buying has clearly hit the brakes, with frantic buying last week but a sharp drop in inflows this week.
$ETH — The most deceptive one. 24-hour contract net inflow of 375 million looks strong at first glance. But in the last 1 and 4 hours, it has turned to net outflow; spot also saw a 57.05 million outflow in 24 hours. Spot ETFs are more honest—11 consecutive trading days of net outflow totaling 780 million USD, with a brief inflow followed by another 129 million net outflow. The impressive data is on display, but the buying is slipping beneath.
$SOL — The best among the short ones, but don’t rush to be moved. Spot 1h/4h/24h are indeed all net inflows, with capital supporting on the spot side; this is the only structure worth watching among the three. But contract funds continue to exit, and the spot ETF side isn’t solid either—on October 15, $SOL spot ETF had a single-day net outflow of nearly 9.82 million USD, and BSOL itself recorded outflows. Whether spot support can hold is the only lifeline for $SOL’s current strength. Once spot funds weaken, the previous strength was just a flash in the pan.
The news side is also pressuring sentiment. Although the Fed has a 71.8% probability of holding rates steady in October, the shadow of another rate hike this year hasn’t lifted. The CLARITY Act failed a procedural vote in the Senate; the regulatory framework boot is still pending. Brent crude is approaching 110 USD, and the macro backdrop for risk assets is unfriendly. In this environment, a rebound propped up by sentiment can be knocked down by any random news.
So my attitude is straightforward: before the signals arrive, chasing longs is all illusion.
Wait for two things: $BTC and $ETH spot funds turning positive, and $SOL spot support holding steady without being eaten up. Without these two, no matter how lively the market looks, it’s irrelevant to you.
Right now it’s consolidation, not a trend. Contract funds are withdrawing, spot support is weak, and the market is hanging by sentiment. Once sudden news hits, the pullback will be much faster than the rebound.
Don’t fear missing out; fear chasing in only to find you’re the only one holding the baton.

Saudi Arabia intercepted missiles and oil tankers were attacked, causing oil prices to surge directly during the US trading session, while long-term US Treasury yields rose. Oil prices are not just a simple commodity; they will hold back inflation and delay interest rate cuts.
With high interest rates, high-valuation assets are under pressure. The logic for $BTC is very contradictory now, as risk assets and inflation-hedging properties pull against each other, causing the market to fluctuate repeatedly.
Sentiment shocks are short-term; a true supply cut in the channel is the major fundamental. Keep an eye on it, I will continue to monitor oil prices and long-term bond yields.

Judging the linkage between the crypto market and US stocks doesn't have to be complicated. Here's a simple method for market observation.
First, look at the time period. Around the US stock market opening, if $BTC moves in sync with the Nasdaq, that's strong linkage; if the Nasdaq moves but Bitcoin remains still, the linkage is weak, and the crypto market is driven by its own capital.
Second, consider the market level. During major negative news or macro data releases, both move synchronously, showing full linkage; during regular volatile markets, the linkage weakens, and the crypto market behaves independently.
Third, distinguish by coin type. (BTC,) ETH shows the clearest linkage with the Nasdaq. Small altcoins basically do not follow US stocks and only respond to internal capital rotation within crypto.
A small tip: if the Nasdaq and Bitcoin move in opposite directions for several consecutive days, it means short-term linkage has failed, so prioritize analyzing the crypto market itself.
But remember, linkage is only a reference signal and should not be used alone as a basis for trading decisions.
#特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 #美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? #SpaceX上市后首份完整季度财报将揭晓 Let's discuss a point that almost no one thinks deeply about: In September, the US CPI showed that prices for computers and peripherals rose 9.7% year-over-year, the largest increase since 2006; software accessories were even more extreme, rising 28.4%.
What does this mean? The AI infrastructure boom is no longer just a story in financial reports; it is concretely pushing up tech product prices through the frenzy for computing power and hardware, which in turn seeps into inflation data.
This creates a very ironic loop: the hotter AI gets → the more expensive hardware becomes → the stickier inflation gets → the more the Federal Reserve needs to raise interest rates → the harder it is for tech stocks that rely on future profits to sustain their valuations. The AI boom is literally creating an environment of rising interest rates for itself.
Those still shouting "this AI rally will never end" are missing the most critical layer: it’s burning not just money, but the very floor beneath its feet. Short BTC?
Current price is around 82,200, with short-term moving average resistance between 82,600–83,000. The 20-month moving average at 87,165 and the year's opening price at 87,490 coincide, forming a strong major resistance. The fundamentals are also bearish: October ETF outflows have exceeded 1 billion, Hut 8 related wallets dumped 1,589 BTC to exchanges in two days, worth $130 million, showing real on-chain selling pressure.
But I have to say something I probably shouldn't: the whales are on the other side. The number of wallets holding 10–10,000 BTC has hit a record high of 20,338, and they have been buying steadily over the past three months. This means shorting is a tactical trade, not a trend conviction. My plan: lightly short on a rebound to 82,800–83,000, with a stop loss above 83,600. The first target is 81,200; if it breaks below, add positions targeting 80,400. If it breaks 81,200 with volume, chase shorts targeting 78,000–79,800. Never hold through losses; when shorts are crowded, a stampede hurts more than a short squeeze.$BTC
Shorting is fine, but only short the rebound, do not short the breakdown chasing the bottom. Are you siding with the whales or the shorts? Report your positions in the comments. I'll be watching ETF net outflow data tomorrow morning; if it exceeds 200 million, I'll add shorts; if it turns inflow, I'll immediately reduce. #特斯拉发布新一代Roadster,行情走高 #美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? #ETF与巨鲸资金分化,BTC能否守住8万美元? This morning I focused on a signal many people overlook: overnight silver once dropped over 6%, and gold was also pushed down. According to the old script, with the Middle East in conflict, oil prices surging, and risk aversion sentiment, gold and silver should have been lifted, so why did they both get sold off?
The answer is two words: interest rates. September inflation exceeded expectations across the board, and the market pushed up the probability of rate hikes. Even gold, a traditional safe haven, couldn't withstand the pressure from real yields, let alone $BTC, a pure risk asset.
The biggest mistake in this market is treating war and geopolitics as bullish signals to buy the dip. But the current pricing logic is not "risk aversion," but rather "war → oil price rise → sticky inflation → rate hikes." Understanding this chain explains why I'd rather hold short positions than catch that seemingly cheap falling knife. This morning at the IMF annual meeting, Walsh spoke with absolute precision: no predictions, no hints on whether there will be a rate hike in October. Yet a bunch of people immediately interpreted this as "dovish, a pause is coming," causing the dollar to weaken and risk assets to start fantasizing about a rebound.
My only reminder: pausing rate hikes does not equal shifting to easing. Barclays, Citi, and BofA have all been raising their expectations these past two days—not that hikes are off, but that they will continue in December and January next year. September CPI rebounded to 3.7%, core inflation is still rising, and oil prices are seeping inflation into every corner. Under these fundamentals, those going all-in on the long side are no different from fish at the poker table who think they've won just because their opponent folded once.
Why can I hold onto my short positions? Because the logic hasn't changed: without rate cuts, risk assets have no real floor. $BTCEvery earnings season, the market feels like a pre-scripted exam.
Before the earnings are even released, capital has already started to place bets. Will revenue exceed expectations? Can profit margins continue to improve? Is management optimistic about guidance for the next quarter? Even a single phrase in the earnings call can become a reason for stock price fluctuations.
But interestingly, a company that clearly made more money might see its stock price fall; another company with seemingly mediocre results might instead experience a strong rally.
Because what the market trades on is never just what happened in the past, but what will happen in the future.
When everyone believes a company's performance will be strong, good earnings may already be priced into the stock. What truly determines the stock price is whether it is good enough to exceed market expectations.
So, rather than simply focusing on revenue and net profit, I prefer to look at a few things: whether growth is sustainable, if profit margins have improved, whether capital expenditures are converting into real revenue, and if management’s outlook for the future has changed.
Especially in sectors like AI, semiconductors, and storage, market valuations are often based on growth expectations for the coming years. The key question worth spending time on is whether today's high growth marks the peak of the industry cycle or the start of a new wave of demand expansion.
Of course, earnings reports are not a cure-all. Even the best companies can be overpriced; even poor results can lead to price increases if the bad news has already been fully absorbed.
#财报季专属话题 #财报观察员:财报季回顾与展望 Altcoins dropping 90% from their peak doesn't mean their valuation is cheap. The price is just the quote per token and cannot alone explain supply, demand, or valuation.
If a large amount of tokens are still unlocked and enter circulation later, without a corresponding increase in demand, the additional supply will continue to suppress the price. What needs to be checked is not the extent of the drop, but the current circulating supply, the future unlocking schedule, and the real demand.
Only looking at historical highs to buy the dip can easily mistake "big drop" for "low risk." When supply keeps expanding and usage and demand are insufficient, a low price can still be relatively expensive.ETF withdrew 1 billion in two days, but whales are quietly accumulating
Short-term looks scary: The US spot Bitcoin ETF had a net outflow of about $261 million on 10/14 and another outflow of about $262 million on 10/15, indicating institutional funds are indeed retreating in the short term.
But the other side on-chain is more worth watching: whale holdings rose from 2.94 million to 3.03 million BTC, the fastest 30-day accumulation rate since February 2026; new whale cost is about $77,000, with realized market value share rising from 18% to 33%, and miner sell pressure has also clearly decreased.
Key levels
Resistance at the top is at $88,000 and $100,000 cost levels; support at the bottom is the real market average price of $78,000, and $81,500 is the ETF average cost line.
On 10/15, BTC dipped to 79,950 then pulled back to 82,500, currently at 82,331. Options IV is only 35%, with the maximum pain point at 83,000; low volatility often signals an impending breakout.

Mixed news
The US Treasury withdrew the draft on mixing/self-custody restrictions, CFTC is advancing regulatory framework; but 10-year US Treasury yield at 5.20%, AI stocks have evaporated over $1 trillion, macro still weighs on valuations. BTC and USD 90-day correlation is -0.40, indicating it has not fully moved in sync with risk assets.
$BTC $ETH $ZEC Mid-October 2026, BTC at $81,000, still down 5% for the year.
But don’t rush to call a bear market. Q3 just rose 42.7%, the strongest quarter in over two years. Fast rises, fast falls — only the volatility logic has changed:
Previously, pricing was set by retail investors, on a four-year halving cycle;
Now pricing is set by ETF funds, a $320 billion stablecoin pool, and institutional treasuries.
Institutional money is slow, so surges are no longer sharp; institutional money is resilient, so crashes no longer plummet all the way down.
The cycle isn’t dead, it’s been smoothed and extended.
How to view Q4? Don’t bet on direction, watch three things:
① US Dollar Index strength → defense, pullback → add positions
② ETF fund flows
③ Regulatory implementation progress

Tesla's Q3 earnings report is scheduled for after market close on October 21. Delivery numbers were released early: 486,532 vehicles delivered, 464,391 produced. Delivery is just one of two financial performance indicators, don't use it alone to predict earnings.
The first is automotive gross margin, based on scoring criteria. GAAP includes regulatory credits; Q2 was 16.9%; non-GAAP excluding credits was 16.3%, Q1 was 19.2%. To see if profitability has recovered, only the latter should be used.
The second figure: regulatory credit revenue. Zero-cost emission credits, Q2 was $146 million, Q1 was $380 million, a 60% drop in one quarter. If it drops further, gross margin will have to bear the burden itself.
The third is operating margin. Q2 operating profit was $398 million, margin 1.4%, Q1 was 4.2%—even if gross margin recovers, expenses might still be a bottleneck. The fourth is free cash flow: operating cash flow of $4.697 billion minus capital expenditures of $5.789 billion, Q2 was -$1.092 billion. Negative does not equal loss; first look at how large the capital expenditures are.
The fifth is energy storage gross margin, calculated from the income statement: (31.39 − 24.99) ÷ 31.39 is about 20.4%, Q1 was about 39.5%. The company said on the call that about $240 million of warranty adjustments are included in this drop. One-time items are all hidden in the call; after reading the numbers, you still have to listen. WTI crude oil has once again risen above $100, primarily driven by geopolitical tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, with multiple oil tankers recently attacked. According to India's Shipping Minister: on October 16, the MT ST 3 was hit by projectiles in the strait, but all 15 Indian crew members on board are safe and unharmed.
Positive factors: VLCC freight rates from the Gulf of Oman to China have fallen 7.7% from their highs; about 400 commercial vessels have passed through the strait in the past 7 days, and the US military has assisted Gulf allies in transporting over 100 million barrels of crude oil.
Under multiple balancing factors, crude oil is unlikely to rise unilaterally, favoring a steady upward trend. With oil prices remaining high, inflation is unlikely to ease, and a major bull market in US stocks is out of reach. Negative factors no longer suppress the stabilization signals of risk assets. If negative factors do not cause a decline, even slight positive news can easily trigger a rebound. Currently, lifting sanctions on Russia has not yet produced significant effects.
4-hour chart: overall trend is upward, with lows continuously rising, MACD remains positive, and the bullish major structure is intact.
Crude oil trading advice:
Buy on dips around 97.8-98.3 with support at 97, target 100.5-101.6 U.S. stock market opened just an hour ago, and $BTC, $ETH, $SOL all turned green collectively. But the real eye-catching factor isn't the price, it's another data point most people overlook: open interest is retreating. $BTC is currently at 82358, up 1.47%; $ETH at 2475, up 4.34%; $SOL at 106.3, up 3.12%. On the surface, it looks lively, but underneath it's shrinking. BTC open interest dropped from 2.58 billion to 2.45 billion, the long-short ratio slid from 1.88 to 1.76; $ETH long-short ratio plunged from 2.73 to 1.85; $SOL dropped from 2.72 to 2.31. These three data sets together send a very clear signal: leverage is exiting, not new money entering. Prices are pushed up by short covering, not active buying. After the U.S. market opened, tech stocks did not crash, giving crypto a breather. But this is a correction, not a reversal. $BTC faces heavy resistance in the 83000–84000 range, $ETH has dense trapped positions around 2500, and $SOL's key threshold is 110. Unless these levels are broken, this rebound is merely a reduction of positions, not an accumulation. Notably, $ETH's long-short ratio dropped the most, from 2.73 to 1.85, indicating the most intense clearing of long leverage. If subsequent ETF funds turn into net inflows, $ETH's rebound potential might even surpass $BTC—provided 2500 is effectively reclaimed. $BTC then#ETF and Whale Capital Divergence, Can BTC Hold $80,000?
The anticipated bull market hasn't arrived; BTC is currently around $81,300–$81,600. Recently, it has repeatedly tested the $80,000–$81,500 range and rebounded. So far this month, it has declined about 2%, clearly lagging behind the historical "Uptober" trend.
October has seen significant net outflows overall. Net outflows this month are approximately $500–540 million, with large withdrawals concentrated on October 7 (about $485–487 million), October 8, and October 14 trading days; occasional small inflows occurred in between. This sharply contrasts with the strong inflows in September. The comprehensive cost basis of the US spot Bitcoin ETF is around $81,500. After multiple price dips, it has reclaimed this level, making it an important "magnet" zone.
Analysts from CryptoQuant and other institutions also point out that whales shifting from selling to buying is a common early bull market characteristic. There is also pressure from net inflows to exchanges, but the overall narrative leans toward large holders accumulating at low levels.
The ETF cost basis and whale accumulation provide clear support logic, with prices repeatedly validating the effectiveness of this area; however, ongoing ETF net outflows plus macro pressure from hot CPI are the main risks. If outflows slow or turn positive, combined with continued on-chain accumulation, it will be easier to test $84k upwards; conversely, a decisive break below $80k could open the way down to $78k or even lower.
Hang in there, brothers, the crypto winter hasn't truly arrived yet.🐻
$BTC Since last night until now, the crypto market has been declining on low volume, with bulls' several counterattacks all suppressed.
$BTC slid from 82,816 to 81,736, holding above 80,000;
$ETH retreated from 2,488 to 2,424, losing 2,500 again;
$HYPE is the weakest, dropping from 82.42 to 80.20, down 1.82% in 24h and over 4% in 7 days.
The pullback can't avoid the Federal Reserve. Warsh gave no hint on rate hikes, the market lowered its bets, Korean stocks' selling pressure paused, sentiment slightly eased, enough for BTC to hold above 80,000, but still far from the previous high.
On the other hand, Musk showcased the flying Roadster, Hyperliquid Tesla contract volume surged from 2.8 million to 47 million in one hour, the platform is lively, yet HYPE continues to decline. No matter how high the turnover, it hasn't entered holders' wallets, the heat hasn't turned into buying power.
Now, don't rush to bottom-fish or short: wait for rate hike expectations to settle, BTC to expand volume and reclaim the pressure zone before attacking again; HYPE's rebound must first prove it can keep up with Hyperliquid's trading volume. If support holds, it will consolidate; if lost, it's uncertain.#特斯拉交付超预期后盈利修复成焦点
The recent market has been volatile, with bulls and bears pulling in different directions, leaving many confused. But it's precisely at times like these that a calm mind and iron discipline are needed.📈
Let's focus on my forecast for Tesla (TSLA) Q3 earnings.📈
First, the logic. Tesla delivered about 486,000 vehicles in Q3, a slight increase quarter-over-quarter but a year-over-year decline. This can't be entirely blamed on weak demand—last year, the US had tax credit policies, and many bought cars early, inflating the base too high. Wall Street currently generally expects earnings per share around 44 cents and revenue about $27.8 billion. Personally, I feel the energy storage business has been strong recently and can provide some support, but the automotive main business's profit margin is still under pressure. So I tend to think: revenue might be about the same, but EPS will most likely miss expectations, and the after-hours stock price will probably be volatile. The specifics will depend on management's comments on FSD and new vehicles. $BTC $ZEC $xTSLA The market's game on SK Hynix essentially boils down to judging between the "profit peak of cyclical stocks" and the "revaluation of growth stocks." Looking at it separately, the evidence directions of the two main lines are inconsistent.
Can the strong demand for HBM offset the cyclical downturn in traditional storage?
From the perspectives of "volume" and "price," the support for HBM is real, but not without cracks.
The demand certainty for HBM4 is very high. SK Hynix has secured about 70% of the HBM4 orders for Nvidia's Vera Rubin platform, far exceeding the previous market expectation of slightly above 50%; HBM4 has been mass-produced and shipped since Q2 2026, and the company plans a significant capacity expansion in the second half of the year. The price of the 12-layer HBM4 product is expected to exceed $600, and the company has signed long-term supply agreements (LTA) with about 10 customers, setting differentiated pricing mechanisms to smooth out cyclical fluctuations.
However, on the traditional storage side, the "cyclical downturn" is not a complete collapse but a severe structural divergence. In Q1 2026, traditional DRAM contract prices surged 90%–95% quarter-on-quarter, NAND rose 55%–60%; by Q3, the quarter-on-quarter increase in DRAM contract prices had narrowed to 13%–18%, NAND to 10%–15%. More critically, some consumer-grade storage spot prices have slightly declined due to inventory buildup, with 64GB eMMC even showing an inverted situation where spot prices are lower than contract prices. The trends of high-end AI storage and consumer-grade storage are diverging #HBM4量产能否推动SK海力士盈利再创新高? Deutsche Bank pushed that stainless steel refrigerated cabinet right next to my stove.
Reuters reported on October 16 that within weeks, it plans to launch custody stoves for Bitcoin and Ethereum for institutional and corporate clients in Germany, with USDC, EURC, and EURAU also listed. This isn’t just adding a side dish; it’s turning the entire restaurant’s storage room into a temperature-controlled wine cellar—main courses, broths, and sauces all packed inside, with the keys firmly in your own hands.
Custody is essentially about temperature control. A two-degree difference overcooks the steak a bit; a layer off on the private key ruins the whole banquet. Institutional clients are the most demanding; they don’t ask how well-done your steak is, they first open the fridge to check temperature logs, kitchen workflows, and who can reach in. Deutsche Bank says it wants to make this a standard product and plans to open branches in Asia by 2027, also aiming to develop molecular dishes like stablecoin broth swaps, deposit tokenization, and digital bonds. The menu looks great, but molecular cuisine is most vulnerable to shaky hands in the kitchen—once the broth swap goes wrong, the whole pot must be discarded.
The neighboring stove isn’t idle either. Standard Chartered is offering Bitcoin and Ethereum trading to professional diners in the UAE and managing RLUSD storage; BNY Mellon has expanded a row of refrigerated warehouses in Europe. Three old-school Western restaurants crowding this street means the diners have truly arrived. But whether they are just curious tasters or regular daily patrons will only be clear after the first wave of payments.
Turning demand into custody assets involves a whole serving window in between: compliance approval is the health inspection, internal risk control is the food delivery process, and if any link is stuck, the dish cools at the window. The promise of "a few weeks" in the kitchen is like "15-minute meals"—easy to say, but whether it can withstand the lunch rush is another matter. More importantly, having only a fridge without a stove means only accepting stored grain, not hosting a banquet; stock comes in, but flow may not keep up.
Looking at pre-made dishes like $xNVDA tagged as stocks, the logic is simple: institutions put money into the cold storage but may not want to share it with the hot stir-fry stalls. The bigger the cold storage, the more it shows some just want to store, not cook. The main course must be stable first before seasoning can be sprinkled; the fridge must be powered before the stove dares to light the fire.
What I’ve always focused on isn’t the menu’s thickness but the serving speed. Whether the fridge can be powered on within three weeks, the temperature can be maintained, and the first batch of custody assets can safely lie there for a full quarter—that’s where the judges really decide. Installing three fridges but only using them to chill beer means the restaurant won’t survive the first off-season.
My only comment on the ratio: the main course can be slow, but the cold storage can’t be empty. Whoever wants to add that spoonful of extra spicy chili, go ahead; I’m just here to watch who gets burned inside but still insists they’re savoring the flavor. #deutschebankcustodyBrent crude oil hits the second highest level of the year, Federal Reserve rate hike coming at the end of the month, midterm elections approaching! Where is the market headed? Waking up to Brent crude hitting $110, New York crude hitting the $100 mark; this has suppressed the oversold rebound momentum of risk assets as well as the short-to-medium term rebound demand for gold and silver; coupled with this week's CPI/PPI far exceeding expectations, which has completely put Trump on the hot seat, with less than half a month left in the window. Although the new leadership has stated they do not intend to eliminate the Persian cat, it is far from enough. Lies can be told, but the market is honest. This time, the Trump Republicans' refusal to compromise costs not only the midterm elections but also the voters' trust, basically ruining the 2028 presidential election prospects; The public wants something very simple: a real reduction in living costs; After controlling inflation for several years, Trump's administration's conflicts have directly undone years of effort. CPI/PPI is the second highest this year and the second highest in nearly four years; This conflict is far more than just a few billion in military spending. Long-term debt interest keeps climbing, and the annual new interest is more than that; Rising living costs for the public and increasing social costs each year suppress consumption, which has a huge impact on GDP; Without action, do not expect any achievements in the second half of the term, as it will be restricted by both houses; Taking action is the most pragmatic measure at this moment. This is already a moment where the arrow is on the string and must be released, not something that can be solved by just talking, because there is no longer a window of opportunity; According to the current trend, if there is no quick measure to suppress oil prices, the probability of a rate hike in the rate decision at the end of the month is high. This is an unavoidable result. Walsh modified the pre-rate hike "briefing".#SpaceX上市后首份完整季度财报将揭晓 For SpaceX, the first full quarterly earnings report after going public is not really about the profit numbers themselves, but about how the capital market will re-evaluate the company's commercial value.
I believe investors need to break SpaceX into two parts: the rocket launch business provides technological barriers and strategic value, while Starlink determines whether it can generate scalable, sustainable cash flow.
The focus is not just on revenue growth, but on whether Starlink's user expansion can translate into profits, how much capital expenditure satellite deployment and rocket development require, and whether free cash flow can improve.
The biggest risk for high-valuation companies is that the market has already priced in growth expectations for several years ahead. Once actual profitability falls short, even excellent companies may face valuation adjustments.
What SpaceX truly needs to prove is not whether it can continue to change the aerospace industry, but whether these technological advantages can continuously translate into shareholder returns.
Do you think the core of SpaceX's future valuation should be Starlink's profitability or the long-term monopoly advantage of aerospace infrastructure?80K is not a price, it is the last segment of coronary perfusion pressure before cardiac arrest; if it falls below this, the myocardium will not die immediately, but the ST segment on the monitor has already started to elevate.
First, look at the vital signs: the market share remains around 60%, indicating that the main blood flow has not been completely rerouted, but this is not safety, it is compensation. The real danger is volume. The US spot Bitcoin fund had a net outflow of 3,209 coins in one day, about 258 million USD; this is not an ordinary pullback, it is continuous bleeding during the perioperative period; blood pressure can still hold, but lactic acid is already climbing. The price crash is just a symptom, the lesion is that marginal buying has been drained.
Next, look at the collateral circulation. Large holders have increased their holdings by about 60,000 coins since the end of August, with cost concentrated between 80K and 86K, which is like autologous blood transfusion and collateral opening: it can buy time but cannot replace the aorta. If only whales are receiving blood near 80K and funds continue to bleed, that is myocardial stunning under low perfusion, and the ECG will deteriorate before subjective feelings.
At the macro level, the consumer price index and producer price index are higher than expected, and the interest rate rise expectation pushes the systemic afterload higher. Risk assets are like a clamped aorta, left ventricular wall stress rises, and any leveraged position is equivalent to a large dose of positive inotropic drugs: short-term it raises blood pressure, long-term it increases oxygen consumption. The triple-leveraged semiconductor token $xSOXL’s correlation is not an additional lesion but high sympathetic tension in the same circulatory system; when Nasdaq trembles, its coronary blood flow drops first.
Therefore, whether 80K can hold is not about sentiment but whether perfusion pressure and volume load are synchronized. If spot fund net outflows narrow, large holders take over without withdrawing, and market share does not bleed due to rebound, 80K is a recoverable critical zone; if funds continue to bleed and leveraged capital rushes to rebound, it is like adding defibrillation on an arrhythmia stage—the higher the voltage, the more stunned the myocardium. If 80K breaks and spot fund outflows do not stop, this is not a pullback but perioperative low perfusion, and the monitor is already alarming. #canbtchold80k$SNDK In the last 24 hours, SanDisk's long positions across the network liquidated $5.861 million, and short positions liquidated $1.412 million
Yesterday's drop in SanDisk was entirely its own fault, not Hynix's. When the Korean stock market opened yesterday, Hynix stabilized the stock price and even rose slightly. SanDisk followed, reaching a high of 1409.4. By the time the U.S. stock market opened last night, SanDisk traded sideways for over two hours, then completely collapsed late at night#Tesla delivery exceeds expectations, profit recovery becomes the focus Bitcoin $BTC What's the next move?
Yesterday: The highest was only 82,941 — 59 dollars short of the 83,000 I predicted.
Just that little bit short, it didn't touch.
1. Compared to yesterday, today's data
Long liquidation intensity below: about 2 billion USD → about 1.1 billion USD
Short liquidation intensity above: about 1.2 billion USD → about 1.6 billion USD
2. Key price levels to watch
80,800: The first dense zone below, breaking this triggers the first wave of strong liquidations
80,000: Next segment down, the buffer starts to thin here
82,000: The first cluster of short positions above
82,900: Breaking through here squeezes shorts the hardest
3. Path projection
Downward: Break below 80,800 → dense long zone around 80,000 → this buffer is thin, prone to chained strong liquidations
Upward: Stand above 82,000 to start squeezing shorts → 82,900 → 84,000
4. My judgment
Today's data is the complete opposite of yesterday's:
Yesterday the top was thin and the bottom thick; today the bottom is thin and the top thick.
More importantly — that wall above is moving downward.
Yesterday the first cluster was at 83,000, today it’s at 82,000. And yesterday the price touched 82,941 but was pushed back,
indicating the 83,000 level was never passed.
But that cluster of short positions is being pushed down — it's not "shorts being squeezed," it's "shorts chasing downward."
What’s your take?If the pile foundation doesn't reach the bedrock, no matter how beautiful the renderings are, they are just a piece of worthless paper — and the real weight of this news is that Germany's largest established developer has finally decided to drive piles through the backfill soil directly onto the bedrock.
In the past decade, the crypto world has never lacked renderings. Whitepapers are proposal documents, roadmaps are bird's-eye view renderings, and community enthusiasm is like the crowd at the sales office on opening day. What is truly lacking is the load-bearing structure. Institutional funds are not unwilling to enter the market; they just stand at the edge of the foundation pit and cannot see a single qualified cast-in-place pile — without compliant custody, there is no legal load path, and hundreds of millions of dollars in assets have nowhere to be placed, hanging in midair. Custody services correspond to foundation and basement engineering in architecture: they do not appear in any promotional image, but they determine whether the building can be constructed up to thirty floors. Opening Bitcoin and Ethereum custody to institutional and corporate clients within weeks essentially means completing the pile foundation inspection first, then discussing the superstructure.
But I am more concerned about the construction organization design. From announcement to delivery, only a few weeks remain, which is quite an aggressive schedule. Custody is not about buying a server and powering it on; it is concealed work: decentralized management of private keys, cold and hot channel workflows, audit trails, seismic rating of disaster recovery data centers, dual acceptance of insurance and compliance — every step requires supervisor sign-off. Regulatory approval is the construction permit; without it, you can only have a construction fence; with it but without acceptance of concealed work, cracks will appear after delivery.
Stablecoin exchange, tokenized deposits, and digital bonds are, in my view, the standardization of electromechanical systems and prefabricated components. Civil construction completion is just a shell; whether it is livable depends on whether plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage electrical systems are complete. If tokenized bonds are standardized prefabricated components, their value lies not in how exquisite a single component is, but in whether the interfaces are compatible and can be mass-installed. Without modular coordination, it will forever remain at the model room stage.
Asia's expansion in 2027 is phase two development. The biggest fear in phased development is not selling out, but rushing into phase two before phase one cash flow turns positive, ultimately draining both ends.
Standard Chartered in the Gulf and BNY Mellon in Europe are starting construction simultaneously; the three sites compete for the same batch of tenants. This competition is not about renderings but about the speed of completion filing and the stability of property management. The so-called conversion of demand into custody assets and continuous inflows translates into engineering language as: how many units are truly occupied after delivery, and whether property fees can be collected monthly. Locked-up scale is sales area; continuous inflow is occupancy rate, and occupancy rate depends on whether the elevators in the building still work ten years later.
When judging whether a project is valuable, I never look at what it has released; I only look at its pile foundation inspection report and supervision logs — the rest is just the curtain wall. #deutschebankcustodyElon Musk personally held a funeral for "human driving": That flying Tesla, the impressive part isn't actually the flying
October 15, Texas, SpaceX rocket test site. A Tesla flew over a row of car roofs in front of the whole world—flipping 180 degrees in the air and landing steadily. It can even drive upside down on the ceiling, with a 0-60 acceleration tested at 0.81 seconds.
The second-generation Roadster, delayed for nine years, really "flew" this time.
First, a quick explanation of why it can fly, the principle is simpler than you might think:
First is the [fan suction]. High-power exhaust fans are installed under the car, sucking away the air beneath it, so atmospheric pressure "presses" the car firmly against the contact surface, generating 2G downforce even when stationary—this is why it can drive upside down. This trick isn't new; in 1978, an F1 fan car used this to dominate races but was banned after one race for "being too advantageous." Second is [cold air propulsion]. There are 10 nozzles at the rear and around the body, releasing compressed air from a 600-liter high-pressure tank instantly, pushing the car into the air by reaction force. No ignition, no combustion; the technology shares origins with the thrusters used for attitude control during Falcon 9 rocket recovery.
But to reveal the truth: [this is not a flying car]. The rocket version that can fly is invite-only and cannot be driven on public roads; the launch event had to apply for a temporary no-fly zone from aviation authorities. The version you can pre-order for 332,000 yuan does not fly.
So the question arises: What is Musk's purpose with a "flying show" car that can't be sold or driven on roads?
The first answer: timing. Six days after the launch, Tesla will release its Q3 earnings report. Its main battlefield, Robotaxi, is collectively stuck in "profit anxiety"—the story has been told for years, but the books haven't balanced yet. At this critical moment, what is most needed is a [technology faith booster] that doesn't rely on earnings or approvals. JPMorgan's evaluation is straightforward: this launch showcases engineering capability, not a commercialization plan.
The second answer is hidden in Musk's own words. He said this car is one of the ["last few best human-driven cars"]. Consider this sentence. A company that has bet everything on "humans not needing to drive" spent nine years building a car that must be driven by a human, and driven to the extreme. This is not showing off skills; it's an admission: the fulfillment cycle for autonomous driving is much longer than he publicly stated. [Human driving is not dead; it even has a "final era".]
The third layer is the truly profound impact: the car's air tanks come from SpaceX rockets, the AI assistant Grok is already installed in Tesla, and the two companies are co-building a chip factory. [The technological boundaries between Tesla and SpaceX are dissolving]—the flying car is just a facade; the real signal from this launch is the merging of the "Musk ecosystem" companies. And when a car breaks the century-old rule that "wheels must stay on the ground," global traffic laws, safety standards, and insurance systems are all blank slates. [A new species has been born, but the rules are not yet written.]
Finally, a principle that resonates with our crypto world: Tesla's stock price has never been supported by car sales but by "technology narrative." After the launch, its pre-market price rose 4.7%—no one expects this car to sell in volume, but everyone is willing to pay a premium for the story of "defining the future." [Narrative-driven assets rise on faith and fall on faith.] This is exactly the same for stocks and crypto.A $60 billion warm and moist airflow is being forcibly pumped over Silicon Valley, and what condenses near the surface is heavy precipitation with a 10% coupon rate—this is not an ordinary rainy season, but an energy transfer at the level of a high-altitude jet stream.
First, let's look at the sounding observations: $16.8 billion revenue in a single quarter, a sequential warming rate of about 45%, and adjusted profits turning positive. On radar echoes, this is indeed a structurally complete, vigorously vertically developing strong convective cell, with the cloud top already reaching near the tropopause. But the problem has never been how high the cloud is, but whether the moisture flux convergence can be sustained. Computing power expenditure is a dew point curve that keeps rising, and revenue is the condensation output; when the transport volume is consistently greater than the precipitation, the cloud body can only maintain its form by continuously drawing upstream warm and moist airflow. Once the upstream supply is cut off, what follows is not precipitation but a collapsing downdraft.
More worrisome is the model divergence. In ensemble forecasts, some members have already lowered the market valuation from $2 trillion to $1.5 trillion, with the dispersion suddenly widening—this is one of the most dangerous signals in numerical forecasting: it’s not that one member predicted heavy rain, but that members are starting to conflict with each other, indicating the initial field itself is unstable. $9 billion and a 10% coupon rate represent strong wind shear brought by the high-altitude jet stream; the greater the shear, the easier it is for convection to be torn apart and also more likely to suddenly organize at some point.
Next, look at the boundary layer. New York requires a safety governance plan before listing, and related legislative drafts are already moving upstream; this inversion layer acts like a lid on top of the cumulonimbus, suppressing vertical development in the short term, but once broken through, the outbreak will be even stronger. The real unresolved question is whether the moisture budget can close: can the convergence line of computing power input be caught up by the precipitation efficiency of revenue and cash flow?
Responses at adjacent stations have already appeared—the elements of related targets are synchronously fluctuating, with pressure, wind speed, and visibility changing in the same direction, indicating they are controlled by the same weather system, with no independent microclimate.
My judgment is: a typical environment of high humidity, high shear, and low precipitation efficiency; the typhoon eye is still there, but eyewall replacement has already begun. Seriously shared many market views and trading positions, worth a look. Bearish on BTC. He believes Bitcoin faces significant threats from AI and quantum computing and is unlikely to escape unscathed; the market underestimates the potential impact of these risks on BTC. Quantum-resistant upgrades can only save "those willing to save themselves," and hard forks freezing old coins are almost impossible to reach consensus on under Bitcoin's decentralization. However, his BTC is a base position, and he has not reduced holdings during the past year's decline. Currently, ETH is only about 20% position and on the sidelines. Last year, he reduced 80-90% of ETH between 3600–4000 (in Nov–Dec last year, the logic for reduction was the "second top relying only on Tom Lee" at 4800), and so far has not bought back. During ETH reduction, he increased allocation in US stocks. He is "slightly bearish" on the Nasdaq mid-term, bearish but has not shorted yet. He thinks capital concentration is too severe, hardware stocks are hyped as software stocks, and if the AI financing cycle encounters problems, everything will collapse. US Treasuries are the "parent" of all funds, now being drained by the "child" equities; interest rates must be high to attract money, but if too high, money will flow back. Short-term chip oversupply is not ruled out, similar to the 2000 fiber optics bubble. The AI sector he is most optimistic about is applications, especially AI health management (data collection → mining → decision-making, no need to wait until illness to go to the hospital). The least optimistic are storage and optical modules. Current environment reference (October 2026)
BTC price: about $81,000–$86,000
Network difficulty: about 132.7 T
Hashprice: about $39–40 / PH / day
Under this environment, the shutdown prices for various machine tiers are roughly as follows (estimated at common industrial electricity prices of $0.06–0.08 per kWh):
Shutdown prices for various mining machines
🟢 New liquid-cooled high-efficiency machines (S23 Hyd, S21 XP Hyd, ~9.5–12 J/TH)
Shutdown price: about $30,000–$50,000
Strongest resistance to price drops, can still operate even if the coin price halves
🟡 Mainstream new machine S21 Pro (~15 J/TH)
Electricity price 0.06 → Shutdown price about $46,000
Electricity price 0.08 → Shutdown price about $62,000
🟠 Previous generation S19 XP (~21.5 J/TH)
Electricity price 0.06 → about $67,000
Electricity price 0.08–0.09 → about $80,000–$89,000
🔴 Old models S19 / M30 / Avalon old series (above 23 J/TH)
When electricity price is above 0.08, shutdown price directly reaches $85,000–$90,000+
As long as the coin price is around $80,000, these machines basically unplug first
Summary for current market
Now BTC is just above $80,000:
New liquid-cooled machines → Stable
S21 series → Still holding
S19 XP high electricity price scenario → Critical
Old S19/M30 → Already shut down or close to shutdown
Two common pitfalls to avoid
① "Shutdown price" by default only counts electricity cost
If you include hosting fees, maintenance, machine depreciation, financing costs, the actual survival line will be higher than the pure electricity shutdown price.
② Difficulty will change
Each time difficulty increases, the same machine mines fewer coins → shutdown price automatically rises.
So if today it calculates to $60,000, next week with difficulty adjustment it might become $63,000.
Lazy formula (apply yourself)
Daily electricity cost = Power (kW) × 24 × electricity price
Daily BTC output ≈ Miner hashrate / Network hashrate × 450 BTC
Shutdown coin price = Daily electricity cost ÷ Daily BTC output I am the mid-term intelligence guy.
$BTC Night Report: Glassnode just spoke, yesterday's decline showed another "seller capitulation."
Looking back at early August, mid-August, and mid-September, every loss-driven sell-off precisely corresponded to a local bottom. Since the pullback from the September high, profit-taking has clearly slowed. This time, the selling pressure just above the $80,000 mark, if history repeats, is very likely a phase bottom.
Combining recent intelligence, enterprises have aggressively bought 193K BTC this year, ETFs have accumulated over 57 billion, and institutional base holdings remain firm. On-chain panic selling vs. institutions quietly accumulating—classic shakeout.
The $80,000 level is a battleground between bulls and bears. Mid-term, the supply-demand imbalance remains unchanged. After the bottom is solidified, a main upward wave is still expected. Hold steady and don’t get shaken out.

#美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? Not talking about the crypto market drop, let's talk about a signal I've been watching for a week.
On the AI side, a question that no one used to ask is now being raised: when will the money invested be earned back? CoreWeave has dropped 25% this week. The market isn't complaining about its high valuation; it's doubting whether borrowing money to build data centers is still a viable path.
This doubt is far more important than the crypto market's own drop. The water level of risk assets these past two years has been supported by the story that "AI will deliver"—once the story loosens, the first to be hit are those priced mostly on the story.
Altcoins are in this position. $DOGE, $GRASS, and $UNI—frankly, when they rise it's driven by sentiment and liquidity; when they fall, no one bothers to calculate their real value.
So I still hold these three short positions. I won't add when they drop, nor will I close when they bounce—if I really move, it will be after the money propping up the story leaves first.
A quick note: I bet the story will collapse before the price does. What do you think? Let's discuss in the comments👇
#ETF与巨鲸资金分化,BTC能否守住8万美元? The current average transaction price is over 137, which is equivalent to buying BTC at a 10% discount. Although I know MSTR hasn't hit bottom yet, I'm quite satisfied with this price. Before the main upward wave starts, being able to buy below the 200-day weekly moving average and below all long-term daily moving averages is a good opportunity. My price is higher than predecessors, but I save a lot of waiting time and it's more cost-effective than buying BTC spot directly. The 10% discounted $BTC price is basically around 815, which hasn't moved much. However, last night $MSTR dropped more than 10% due to panic from being removed from the index, with rumors that passive funds would sell 2 billion. For a 60 billion market cap, 2 billion isn't that panic-inducing; sellers often issue 2 billion with each increase. End chill$BZ Brent crude oil intraday retook $110, the first time since May.
The trigger is straightforward: Saudi Arabia intercepted missiles, and oil tankers were attacked. When the news broke during the U.S. afternoon session, oil prices surged sharply, long-term bond prices fell, and yields rose accordingly.
But the number 110 itself is not the key point; the key is that it brings two issues back to the forefront.
First, energy is the stickiest component of inflation. If oil prices stay high, inflation will fall more slowly, and the timeline for rate cuts is likely to be pushed back.
Second, when long-term interest rates rise, the global cost of capital increases. The valuation of risk assets depends on discounting by interest rates; when discount rates go up, high valuations get hit first.
$BTC’s current role is very delicate: on one hand, it is treated as a risk asset, moving with liquidity; on the other hand, some see it as a hedge against currency devaluation.
When oil prices push inflation expectations higher, these two logics conflict, so its reaction is often not one-sided—it first jitters with the broader market, then investors decide whether to buy it as an "inflation hedge."
Next, watch three things: whether oil prices can hold above 110 rather than just spike and retreat; whether long-term yields jump briefly or continue rising; and whether transport routes are materially disrupted. Missiles are about sentiment; supply disruption is the fundamental factor.
If it’s just a sentiment shock, risk assets usually digest it within a few days; if oil prices stay high and inflation expectations are repriced, that’s a different script for the overall market.
#霍尔木兹商船遇袭,石油运输持续承压 That one minute last night, BTC suddenly bounced back from below eighty thousand, and I stared at the order book in disbelief for two seconds. Would this count as a classic "false breakdown" repricing? Back to the main topic. Last night BTC once dropped below eighty thousand, then quickly recovered, now standing back near the uptrend line. The defense zone at eighty thousand still looks stable for now. But I don't think there will be an immediate breakout upward in the short term; the downside space is actually limited too. It feels more like both buyers and sellers are tired and entering a tug-of-war. My own thinking is, if it returns near eighty thousand, I would consider buying in batches, keeping leverage within ten times for comfort. ETH is a bit disappointing. Before last night's open, I saw it continuing to fall and was quite hopeful, thinking I could wait to act at the lowest support line. But it didn't even break the first support, giving no chance to get in. So I can only keep waiting, not forcing it. This kind of "waiting in vain" market is actually more comfortable than chasing highs, because at least you won't make mistakes. SOL this time did show a somewhat convenient structure. There is resistance below the trend line, so theoretically, you can wait for a short opportunity. I might try a short-term short position, but the premise is to wait a bit longer for confirmation, not rushing in. Looking at these three together, the market is actually trading one thing: expectations for the "depth of the correction" have been disrupted. Originally, many were waiting for a deeper shakeout, but BTC was caught at eighty thousand, and ETH didn't even touch the first support, indicating selling pressure isn't as heavy as imagined. But conversely, BTC's rebound couldn't pull out strong momentum in one go, and altcoins overall are still followingConclusion first: $ZIL dropped 29% today, not a gradual decline, but a sharp sell-off during the 10-16 noon 4H volume spike — a single candle traded 8.9 million tokens, 20 times the average volume during the consolidation period, directly dropping from 0.00337 to 0.00269.
Currently, the 24h high is 0.00346, the low is 0.00233, and the current price is 0.00235, hovering near the daily low. Two key figures to note:
1. Funding rate is -0.06%, shorts pay longs, indicating the drop is due to active selling, not a long squeeze;
2. Contract open interest is only $760K, 24h volume is about $9 million, turnover is over ten times, meaning spot is selling.
My judgment: This is a volume-driven breakdown followed by low-level sideways consolidation. The 0.00259 low of the breakdown 4H candle is the short-term boundary between bulls and bears — breaking below it targets around 0.0022, while reclaiming 0.0028 is needed to talk about a halt in the decline.
Do you think the 0.00259 line can still hold? $ZIL At the moment the US stock market closed early this morning, I stared at it for a long time without saying a word. Not because it fell, but because the market logic now is so straightforward it doesn't even require thinking.
Oil prices were pushed up again by the Middle East and Russia-Ukraine issues, with Brent closing at $109.86 per barrel. When oil gets expensive, inflation won't come down; if inflation doesn't come down, interest rates won't ease; if interest rates don't ease, risk assets will get hit. The market has been cutting along this chain all week, with the Nasdaq down 4.48% for the week.
But what got cut was valuation, not assets. Did those companies in $QQQ earn a penny less this quarter? No. Did anything happen on-chain with $BTC? No. $ETH is still upgrading as planned. What got hit was the denominator, not the numerator.
So I can actually sleep well in this kind of market. I’m holding onto every single $BTC and $ETH — not because I’m not afraid, but because making a move now is basically betting on next month’s interest rates, and that’s not something I can calculate.
To be honest: what I’ve been waiting for is realization, not this month’s ups and downs. After the rate decision meeting at the end of the month, I’ll come back and settle accounts with you all.
#美国CPI与PPI双超预期,年内能否再加息? $BNB is bearish, current price 721.38, already hovering just above the previous low at 718.84. Almost all the positions liquidated that day were longs; shorts only suffered minor losses. The decline is due to longs letting go, not because shorts are aggressively pushing in. The total long positions liquidated amounted to only $130,000, which is negligible compared to the $400 million open interest. Most of the long leverage in the market remains, with stop losses mostly set just below the previous low. Trading volume was $200 million, which is relatively light turnover for this open interest; no new money is coming in to take over, so the price can only slowly grind down as longs reduce their positions. The chart shows bearish moving averages and RSI at 38, consistent with this interpretation. Once the previous low breaks, the remaining longs will be liquidated in a chain reaction, and the drop will accelerate significantly compared to this day. The fee rate is basically near zero, just background noise, not used to judge direction. The condition to turn bullish is to reclaim the intraday high at 736.72. If it recovers, it means longs have withstood this round of position reductions, and this bearish assessment becomes invalid.
