You can import your existing wallet into OKX Wallet & continue your withdrawal.

Alternatively, start with the options on your OKX Exchange verification screen. Available methods depend on the network, whether you’re using the app or website, and your device.

Which digital signature method can I use for my network?

Choose a method shown on your screen:

Network selected

Methods offered

BTC

OKX Wallet

Hardware Wallet (Ledger, OneKey, Keystone, Trezor)

EVM compatible

OKX Wallet

WalletConnect

SOL / TRON / SUI / Aptos / Cosmos

OKX Wallet

Whichever method you use, the wallet account must control the exact address you’re verifying.

Can I connect my existing software wallet with WalletConnect?

If WalletConnect is available, select it and look for your wallet in the wallet picker.

You are able to connect your existing wallet by simply selecting the wallet account with the address you’re verifying, then approve the connection and verification message in your wallet.

Which hardware wallets can I use?

If Hardware Wallet option appears, connect your device and approve the verification message on it.

Select the account with the address you’re verifying & follow the steps shown. Ledger, OneKey, and Keystone are currently supported in the app and on the website; Trezor is supported on the website only.

What if my software wallet isn’t available?

If you control the address with a compatible software wallet, you can import that existing wallet into OKX Wallet. Note that creating a new wallet won’t let you verify your existing address.

OKX Wallet is self-custodial and separate from your OKX Exchange account. Importing a wallet doesn’t transfer its assets to Exchange.

  1. Open OKX Wallet in the app or its official browser extension and choose Import wallet.

    1. If you already have a wallet set up, look for Add wallet → Import wallet

  2. Follow the prompts for your existing wallet; menu labels may differ by version.

    1. You can find the import instructions for the app or browser extension here.

Only enter your recovery phrase or private key in the genuine OKX Wallet import screen. Never give it to Customer Support or enter it into an Exchange verification form.

Before returning to OKX Exchange, compare the addresses. The address shown in OKX Wallet must match the one you’re verifying. Signing from an account with a different address will fail.

How do I complete verification after importing?

  1. Return to the verification screen in the OKX Exchange app or website and select OKX Wallet.

  2. Connect the account with the matching address.

  3. Review and approve the verification message in OKX Wallet.

  4. Return to Exchange to check the result and complete any remaining steps.

What if digital signature verification still fails?

Check the network, selected account, and address. Sometimes the best thing you can do is try again.

If you still can’t sign, contact OKX Customer Support through the official app or website and share the error message if you have one. Never share your recovery phrase or private key.
