Today’s trading was honestly a disaster. The more I traded, the more emotional and obsessed I became. 😩
First, I took a loss on $ENA. Instead of stepping back, I got frustrated and immediately jumped into $UMA trying to win it back. That’s when it really hit me: mindset is probably the most important part of trading.
The market felt completely manipulated. It only moved a few points before reversing, and every pullback seemed to hit me harder. The frustration just kept building.
