When the Middle East conflict began in late February, the general expectation was that crypto, as a “risk asset,” would take the biggest hit. The actual outcome tells a different story that not many are talking about: BTC is down -4.4% since then, ETH -5.7%, while gold futures have dropped -14.7%.
