"A Tougher Measure Is Needed for Resilience"
$BTC fell 1.46% in the past 7 days, less than many altcoins, which provides data support for calling it "relatively resilient." But resilience cannot be judged by decline alone: the speed of decline, leverage usage, and volatility path also determine the holding experience. It is reasonable to place BTC as a benchmark for comparison, but saying it is stable under any circumstance is an overstatement. Relative advantage is just a ranking, not a promise.
$XRP is quoted at $1.281, up 0.11% in 24 hours, a small bright spot when most coins are weak. However, the magnitude is limited, and it is inappropriate to upgrade "short-term relative stability" directly to "clear leadership." Comparisons must use the same time window; you cannot compare a single day's performance against others' weekly declines.
$RE is quoted at $0.37827, down 5.10% in 24 hours; real business labels do not exempt from market fluctuations. Reinsurance research must simultaneously consider premiums, claims, capital arrangements, pricing, and transactions; operations and trading influence each other, but the intermediate steps cannot be omitted by jumping from "having real business" directly to "price stability."
A stricter resilience standard should be: same window, observe speed, identify leverage, and retain volatility. Rankings can be referenced, but promises should not be trusted lightly.
#机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? This morning, Pan Gongsheng announced a series of policy tools in one go, among which many people overlooked one: the establishment of a "liquidity support tool to cope with large-scale redemptions by non-bank financial institutions."
It sounds like a stabilizing benefit, but I tend to think the other way around: the regulator specifically preparing liquidity backup for "large-scale redemptions by non-bank institutions" indicates that this risk has already been brought to the forefront. The tool is prepared for a vulnerability that has already been anticipated, not created out of thin air.
GDP for the first three quarters grew 4.6% year-on-year, which is not a bad figure, but the central bank's intensive deployment of liquidity tools and the study of shifting open market operations to overnight itself signals that the underlying liquidity is not as comfortable as it appears on the surface.
Those watching the market should not only focus on price fluctuations but also pay attention to these "preparations for contingencies" signals. A truly confident market does not need so many backup parachutes. $SOLTonight, when watching the coins, don't just focus on Netanyahu's slogan "overthrow the Iranian regime"—anyone can shout slogans. What you really need to watch is this: U.S. Defense Secretary Hagerty made a secret visit to Israel eight days before the Israeli election, and the two sides were discussing—resuming large-scale military operations against Iran.
Verbal slogans are emotional expressions, but the Defense Secretary's secret visit plus "resuming military operations" are actions; these two are not on the same level.
Many people still cling to the old script of "war benefits risk aversion, and incidentally benefits BTC." I've been reminding: this round of Middle East transmission is not risk aversion; it's oil prices surging → inflation sticking → rate hike expectations returning → risk-off hitting risky assets together. The Strait of Hormuz is still blocked, oil remains high, BTC will not automatically become a safe haven just because of Middle East tensions.
I interpret the geopolitical line as suppressing risky assets, not as a positive factor. $BTC $CORE What’s really worth watching today isn’t the price, but that two completely opposite versions of the same event have appeared.
BTC is fluctuating around $82,000, and the market is worried whether the 80k level can hold. CORE is around $0.02, barely up in 24 hours, with a market cap just over twenty million. The historical low of $0.01487 was just two months ago, and the current price is less than 40% above that level.
There’s not much to discuss about the price. Let’s talk about something more interesting: SatPay, the key to CORE’s entire 2026 narrative, now exists in two versions simultaneously.
Version A: It’s delayed, with no timetable
A post on OKX Plaza in mid-October clearly states: SatPay “is still in development and regulatory approval stages, originally planned to launch in the first half of 2026, but currently continuously delayed with no clear launch schedule, only open for user reservation lists, no large-scale merchant adoption, no actual commercial revenue.” Another research post on October 16 reached the same conclusion: “Originally planned to launch in the first half of 2026, but now delayed with no confirmed official launch date.”
If this version is true, then the entire logic chain of “using SatPay card fees to buy back CORE” is an empty fuel tank. The buyback narrative is built on a toll road that hasn’t opened yet.
Version B: It’s already operational and generating real revenue
Also on OKX Plaza, a post on October 13 titled “Haven’t posted about CORE here for a long time” says: “SatPay is already operational and generating real revenue. Beta whitelist internal testing is officially connected, and real business revenue has been generated during the testing phase. This is not just a roadmap checkmark, it’s a fact that has already happened.” Another post on Gate Plaza in early October used almost the same wording: “SatPay (Beta whitelist internal testing) officially connected, generating real business revenue.”
If this version is true, then CORE is experiencing the classic scenario of “good news not yet priced in.”
Two versions, the same time window, pointing to completely opposite conclusions. This isn’t the community arguing; this is information itself tearing apart.
The ledger doesn’t participate in the tearing. It only gives a number.
Check Core chain’s real data today on DefiLlama:
DEX 24-hour volume: $2,720.
Not twenty-seven thousand, not two hundred seventy thousand, but two thousand seven hundred twenty dollars.
On the same page, 24-hour active addresses 1,892, new addresses 113, transaction count 40,157 — the number of transactions looks high, but the DEX volume is only a bit over two thousand dollars, meaning that among these 40,000 transactions, almost no real value exchange can be found. Stablecoin market cap shrank 55.91% in 7 days, TVL $4.45M, the on-chain DeFi “blood bank” is visibly thinning.
Four thousand transactions, $2,700 of real volume. If SatPay really is operational and generating “real business revenue,” this income is not yet visible on the on-chain ledger.
Another line is also tightening
CORE’s supported exchanges have shrunk from the original 34 to only 13 still maintaining trading, with some platforms having limited functions and intermittent deposit/withdrawal restrictions due to risk control. CoinEx started delisting CORE/USDT in September, planning to close deposits and withdrawals on December 18.
KuCoin exited even earlier. Plus, on October 1, Core DAO announced it would quit block production and hand block rights to independent validators — the project is contracting, exchanges are contracting, and the economic accounts of node operations are contracting.
The three contraction lines are consistent. This creates a tension hard to explain as coincidence with version B that “SatPay is already operational.”
Those 69 million tokens are still there
About 69 million CORE tokens leaked during the August 31 vulnerability, with the hard fork choosing “forward fix,” confirmed transactions are not revoked, destroyed, or reclaimed. This means control of these low-cost chips is completely in external addresses, and the project team has no authority to freeze or confiscate them. Buybacks can only add new buying pressure, unable to eliminate the selling pressure from existing ghost tokens. Once the market recovers, the motivation to cash out will surface.
To date, there is no on-chain CORE transfer record marked as “ecosystem income buyback.” The roadmap states “buy back more than 70% of the historical burn volume within the year,” but so far only words can be found, no corresponding on-chain actions.
So what is $0.02 pricing in?
It’s not pricing in “whether CORE will go to zero.” With a twenty million market cap and $2,700 daily DEX volume, the market has already priced in the “narrative failure” quite fully.
It’s pricing in information uncertainty: which state is SatPay really in? No one can provide an on-chain verifiable answer. The official stance is delay, some community sources say it’s operational, and the ledger shows $2,720.
When two versions of the same event exist simultaneously, the most honest approach isn’t to pick a side, but to see which side the ledger is on.
$2,720. This number won’t participate in either narrative; it quietly records how much real value exchange happened on this chain today.
$CORE A news item tonight that few people are paying attention to: Elon Musk's astronomical $158.3 billion compensation package from last year ended up being—zero—because the performance targets were not met.
I think this is a perfect reminder for those focused on AI and tech stocks. No matter how big the promised pie looks, until it's realized, it's zero. The market's pricing of the AI narrative over the past two years essentially buys into a series of "pies that will be fulfilled in the future": unlimited computing power demand, ever-increasing capital expenditures, the only certainty in a decade.
The biggest taboo in trading is being results-oriented, but even worse is treating others' expectations as if they have already happened. Just as compensation can be wiped out overnight, valuations can too.
I'm not saying AI has no value; I'm saying that when everyone treats the painted pie as already realized, the time for prices to start recalculating is not far off. $ETHNetflix will release its earnings report at 4 AM tomorrow, and Tesla at 4 AM the day after, with the market expecting a chain of results. Let's start with the fundamentals: Q3 revenue is expected to be $12.86 billion, up 12% year-over-year; operating margin at 33.2%, compared to 28.2% last year. A 5 percentage point increase in one year—whether subscriptions rise is obvious, but the real suspense is whether profitability efficiency changes. However, the market is really focused on another figure: the GAAP EPS threshold is 0.84, while analyst consensus is only 0.82. Just 2 cents difference. Beat it, Yes; miss it, No. Polymarket is currently split 50/50. Netflix pulled off a strong 1.23 in Q1 this quarter (expectation was only 0.76), but Q2 was a low 0.80. A 2-cent difference is more guesswork than analysis. Which side are you betting on? The truth will be revealed at 4 AM. #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Don't rush to label this wave of outflows as "ETH moving to BTC." Both ETFs are bleeding, which looks more like institutions collectively reducing exposure rather than just switching seats. The weekly ETH outflow is larger, which only proves it's more fragile; the last day's BTC outflow surpassing ETH also shows the rhythm isn't unified. If it were truly rotation, BTC should continue to attract funds instead of having net outflows itself. So it's safer to interpret this as an "overall retreat, with ETH weaker" rather than "coin rotation." Watch two things going forward: whether BTC can turn to net inflows first, and whether ETH can stop its continuous outflows. If ETH strengthens relative to BTC and outflows narrow, then reconsider the weaker judgment. #机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? $BTC $ETH #NetflixQ3AdsAndMargins

Netflix is entering an important period as investors look ahead to its Q3 2026 earnings report. In my view, NFLX is worth watching, but caution is still necessary.

* Its advertising business could become a more important source of revenue.$BTC Profit Leaderboard Top 5 Real Trading Account Breakdown and Analysis (For trading education only, not investment advice, crypto contract trading carries extremely high risk)
Core Account Data: Total return +666.61%, current assets $1,399,071.22, preference for BTC
Core Features: Very low win rate, extremely high risk-reward ratio with a large-scale heavy position strategy
1. Win Rate: Only 20.68% win rate in the last 30 days, 2 winning trades out of 10, representing a "small loss, explosive gain" hunter model relying on a few large market moves to rapidly boost the account.
2. Drawdown: Maximum drawdown of 41.17% in 30 days, extremely high risk. Significant profit retracements in the last 7 and 30 days, losing $320,989 in 30 days and $138,083 in 7 days; after an early 90-day period of explosive gains, continuous drawdowns followed.
3. Profit Curve Interpretation: The one-year curve shows a typical pulse-style profit pattern—doubling the account during a big bull market or strong trending phase, but continuously giving back floating profits during sideways or reverse market phases.
4. Trading Model Judgment: Trend swing trading, only capturing large-scale one-sided moves; frequent stop losses during consolidation periods, resulting in low win rates. The downside is very clear: prolonged sideways and reverse one-sided trends cause high drawdowns that consume most profits, placing great pressure on drawdown tolerance.
✅ Advantage: Explosive profit potential when catching trending markets
⚠️ Major Risk: A 41% monthly drawdown is high risk for contract accounts; consecutive losing trades can severely shrink principal; low win rate strategies demand extreme discipline in mindset and position management, making it very difficult for ordinary traders to execute. On the eighth trading day, the ventricular fibrillation of the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index has not ceased—this is not a normal pullback, but a myocardium that still fails to contract effectively after eight consecutive shocks. Last week, the Nasdaq 100 lost 5.5%, with circulating blood volume sharply dropping; the AI memory and optical communication sectors showed distal perfusion insufficiency. On October 19, stock index futures briefly rose nearly 1%, with some chip and optical communication stocks turning positive overnight, but this resembles a transient sinus rhythm after defibrillation rather than an autonomous stable circulation recovery.
TSMC posted record third-quarter revenue and profits, yet its American Depositary Receipts fell—a typical hemodynamic contradiction: large vessel angiography is clear, but myocardial enzymes continue to rise, indicating perfusion defects at the microcirculation level; the inflammatory response of valuation and returns has not yet subsided. AI capital expenditure acts as a positive inotropic agent, chip equipment demand is preload, and profit is stroke volume; the degree of matching among these three determines the nature of the rebound. If the capital expenditure dose is too large but return perfusion is insufficient, increased myocardial oxygen consumption will induce more severe arrhythmias.
From the surgical perspective, AI memory and optical communication are distal coronary microvessels; large vessel recanalization does not equal tissue perfusion recovery. TSMC’s financial report is a beautiful angiogram, while the ADR decline is a cold zone on myocardial perfusion scanning; valuation concerns are not emotional but reflect elevated lactate from tissue ischemia. Upcoming tech earnings reports are like intraoperative transesophageal echocardiograms; what matters is not ejection fraction but the stroke volume’s responsiveness to external stimuli. Increased capital expenditure without increased return is equivalent to pushing norepinephrine to a decompensated heart—blood pressure rises, but the myocardium is dying silently.
The current market is in an intra-aortic balloon pump state: the rebound is the diastolic augmentation during balloon inflation, collapsing as soon as it stops. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index’s eight consecutive declines represent sustained ventricular tachycardia; the October 19 futures rise was a successful discharge, but sinoatrial node function has not recovered, and ectopic pacemakers remain. Selling pressure in AI memory is microthrombi; weakness in optical communication is insufficient collateral circulation. Until myocardial enzyme profiles fall and lactate clears, any rebound is just a false improvement on the monitor—the true sinus rhythm requires both perfusion pressure and stroke volume to meet standards simultaneously. #aichipstocksreboundGood morning, everyone. While taking a quick bathroom break, I checked the overall market data. The total network open interest is 139.45 billion, slightly increased in 24 hours, with BTC, ETH, and SOL all adding positions. Money is flowing in, but the direction isn't unified 😏
$ETH is the most conflicted: open interest at 30.748 billion, second highest gain among the three, but the 5-minute buy/sell ratio is only 0.82, with shorts accounting for 54.9%. Adding positions while selling off, 1.11 billion liquidated in 24 hours, 66% are shorts—shorts are being squeezed, but bulls aren't having it easy either 😅
$SOL is the smoothest: open interest at 6.397 billion, fastest growth, biggest gain among the three, bulls are a bit strong. Last day and a half before the upgrade, no toggle switched yet, those adding positions are first in line.
$BTC is responsible for the noise: open interest at 52.82 billion, smallest gain. Many retail investors are still bullish, fewer large holders are bearish, large holders' open interest at 11.4 billion is still biased bullish—no consensus even among themselves.
US stocks rebounded, Nasdaq up 1.57%. The ETF update hasn't come on Monday yet, let's see what the on-exchange debate results in first.
My personal current view:
① Although open interest increased, liquidations are only 306 million: leverage is quietly building, the biggest fear is a sudden attack, so don't max out your positions.
② Retail investors vote with headcount, large holders vote with position size: arguments aside, I follow the money, not the talk.
③ SOL is the most lively and risky, don't chase before the upgrade night; ETH and BTC are safer to buy on dips.
Always keep your wallet loaded with bullets, bullets loaded first, just waiting to see who pulls the trigger 🔫 Anyway, my short ant-sized position is still stuck, please let me break even!GM, it's another new day, and $BTC is still at the familiar price.
According to Glassnode data, net active selling on perpetual contracts dropped from $890 million to $560 million last week, and weekly outflows from the US BTC spot ETF also shrank from $680 million to $230 million, showing a clear reduction in selling pressure.
The bad news is that the ETF's weekly trading volume has fallen to only $10.1 billion, breaking below the lower bound, and the spot price momentum 36 is also hovering near the lower bound, with no enthusiasm from buyers at all.
In other words, selling pressure is retreating, but new buying hasn't entered the market yet,
resulting in this frustrating sideways consolidation that neither rises nor falls. On Monday, the US stock market saw a technical rebound, but the gains were narrow. The S&P rose 0.41% to 7690.73, the Nasdaq gained 1.11% to 26430.89, while the Dow slipped 0.07% to 51966.03. After the Nasdaq plunged 2.15% on Friday and chips declined for eight consecutive trading days, related sectors were first bought back. The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index ended its losing streak that day, with memory stocks particularly strong—SanDisk rose about 7%, Micron gained over 4%. Amazon jumped nearly 5% after being named a top pick by Morgan Stanley, and Tesla also moved upward. From the outside, the indexes appear to be recovering, but most individual stocks are still falling. The Dow did not keep up; utilities and real estate were pressured down by interest rates, with the 10-year Treasury yield rising to around 5.13%. The VIX dropped from 19.99 on Friday to 18.44, easing sentiment somewhat but not returning to calm. The market is not trading on "AI is no problem anymore," but rather on "last week's drop was too severe, so buy back first and wait for earnings." Tesla, Meta, and Netflix will report results this week; capital is willing to buy back battered chip and cloud-related stocks first, but breadth is insufficient. The gains are still concentrated in a few main themes; most other sectors have not followed. Whether the rebound can last a couple more days depends on how these companies discuss capital expenditures and demand. If the explanations are reasonable, capital will continue to buy; if vague, Friday's shadow will return. The biggest fear now is not a decline, but realizing that what you bought no longer has a new story to tell. $BTC $ETH $SNDK #Institutional funds weaken, BT Liquidation Map: Close Above, Thick Below
The 24-hour liquidation pain points show that $BTC, $ETH, and $SOL all present a structure of “short pain points close to the current price, long pain points located below.”
Short side closer: BTC’s largest pain point is 83059.55, only +0.46% from the current price, with $35.77 million open interest; ETH is at 2449.14, +0.91% away; SOL is at 106.04, +0.44% away. This means that if a short-term rebound occurs, short stop-losses and liquidations may provide upward momentum, posing a higher pulse risk above.
Long side farther but with substantial chips: BTC pain point at 80331.2, -2.84% away, with $39.42 million open interest; ETH at 2365.87, -2.52%; SOL at 102.85, -2.57%. The long defense zones are generally 2.5%–2.8% below, with BTC’s liquidation chips thicker below. If weakness emerges, the chain liquidation pressure triggered by a pullback is more worrisome.
Overall, with short pain points close, long pain points farther, and BTC chips thick, the short term may first test upward to trigger short liquidations, then observe whether the long defense zone below holds under pressure.#奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 1. Operating profit margin jumped from 28.2% to 33.2%: delayed benefits of price hikes or structural improvement?
The company guided Q3 operating profit margin at 33.2%, a full 5 percentage points higher than the same period last year[1]. This is not a slight improvement but a significant leap — requiring analysis of the driving forces to determine whether it is a one-time price hike benefit or a structural margin improvement.
First driver: full quarter effect of the March price increase. In March 2026, the company raised prices by 8%-13% in the US, Mexico, and Spain markets[4]. Q2 revenue in the US and Canada (UCAN) grew only 10% year-over-year, and management clearly stated this "only reflects part of the quarterly impact of the price increase"[1]. This means Q3 will be the first full quarter after the price hike — the ARPU uplift effect from the price increase will be fully realized this quarter.
Second driver: the uneven pace of content amortization growth, high early and low later. The company expects content amortization to grow about 10% for the full year 2026, but the growth rate is front-loaded — Q2 is the highest year-over-year growth quarter, slowing to mid-to-high single digits in the second half[1]. Q2 operating margin was 33.4% (slightly down year-over-year) precisely because of front-loaded content amortization; entering the second half, the slowdown in amortization growth combined with revenue growth naturally lifts margins.
Third driver: layoffs and cost optimization. A few days before the earnings report, about 1,000 layoffs were announced, accounting for 6% of the global workforce[2]. Wedbush analysts believe this timing of personnel and cost adjustments aims to address market concerns about user engagement, shifting spending from heavy infrastructure to more focused content[2].
Can this margin be sustained? The company’s full-year operating margin target is 31.5% (29.5% in 2025)[1], implying Q4 margin will fall back to about 30% — seasonal content investments (holiday releases) will erode margins. The real question is not Q3 but 2027: after the base effect of price hikes is fully absorbed and live content costs continue, can the margin hold above 31%? This is the most critical signal point in this earnings call.Market Breakdown|Institutional Funds Continue to Weaken! Which Will See Capital Return First, BTC or ETH? Big Gale💨 Insights Sharing:
Currently, institutional funds are overall flowing out, and risk appetite is declining. BTC is the core ballast stone of the crypto market, while ETH is the leading L1 ecosystem with growth attributes. Institutional funds for both are mainly monitored through spot ETFs, which are the most important indicators for judging market turning points.
Advantages
BTC: The first choice for institutional allocation, positioned as digital gold, with stronger safe-haven attributes under macro uncertainty; larger capital inflows and outflows, and once macro expectations improve, the threshold for institutional accumulation is the lowest.
ETH: Stronger growth attributes, carrying DeFi, L2, and RWA ecosystem narratives; when interest rate cut expectations and ecosystem benefits resonate, its rebound elasticity will be higher than BTC.
Core Shortcomings
BTC: Large existing institutional holdings base, redemption pressure during downturns is also significant, so pure rebound explosive power is relatively weak.
ETH: High beta attribute, institutional funds are more selective; during macro downturns, funds prioritize abandoning growth assets, and the correction decline is often greater than BTC; ETF scale is much smaller than BTC.
Market Pattern
During macro pressure phases, the order of institutional fund exit is: first withdraw from high-elasticity assets like ETH, then reduce BTC.
The order of capital return is reversed: when a turning point appears, BTC is the first to see institutional capital return, and after risk appetite recovers, ETH funds will follow.
Only when interest rate cut expectations and strong regulatory benefits appear will there be a special case where ETH funds explode first.

In the past 24 hours, 56,700 people were forcibly liquidated.
The total amount was $193 million, of which shorts accounted for $134 million.
How this number is calculated: short liquidations account for 69.5%.
Longs only had $58.85 million, less than 30%.
In other words, this rebound was sold by those chasing shorts.
At the moment it triggered: the price went up, and short margin was insufficient.

The next batch of shorts was liquidated as well.
$ETH shorts liquidated $56.1 million, accounting for 78.6% of its total.

$BTC returned near 82,100, shorts liquidated $28.5 million.
$ZEC in the last hour had short liquidations of $330,000, while longs only $3,816.
Liquidation data is a result, not a direction.

#$ETH $BTC 1.2 billion funds fled, how much BTC fell is the real focus
From October 5 to 9, the US spot ETF experienced a weekly outflow of 1.221 billion USD—BTC ETF net outflow was 679 million, ETH ETF net outflow was 542 million. As soon as the data came out, panic spread immediately: the funds driving the market up are withdrawing, can the price hold?
But what’s really worth watching is not how much money flowed out, but how much BTC actually fell after such a large outflow.
This is the key. If 1.2 billion USD is dumped but the price gradually stops making new lows, it means other buyers are quietly absorbing the selling pressure—could be off-exchange funds, long-term holders, or institutions rotating positions at low levels. This kind of “bad news without price drop” is often more convincing than any good news.
Conversely, if ETF outflows continue to expand and the price simultaneously breaks important support levels, then short-term risks need to be reassessed. Fund flows tell us what pressure the market is under, and price reactions tell us how strong the market really is.
During past rallies, continuous ETF inflows were the driving force; now, the reverse, fund withdrawals naturally bring selling pressure. But selling pressure does not equal a crash; the key is the market’s capacity to absorb it. A weekly 1.2 billion outflow sounds scary, but compared to BTC’s daily trading volume, it is digestible. The real signal is: if next week outflows slow down or even turn positive, but prices keep falling, that’s true weakness; if outflows continue but prices hold steady without breaking down, it means someone is quietly buying.
Don’t be scared by the numbers, and don’t rush to bottom-fish. Watch the funds, but watch even more how prices respond to the funds.#奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点

CPM Trend: High Start, Stable
Netflix's CPM pricing has gone through an "initial premium" to "market normalization" phase and currently remains at a high industry level:

From 2023 to Present: With expanded ad inventory and market competition, prices fell back to the $20–30 range. Although lowered, this price remains far above social media platforms (e.g., about $6.5 on YouTube), maintaining a premium positioning.
- Demand Side (More Advertisers): The number of advertisers grew over 70% in 2025, surpassing 4,000. Meanwhile, the company introduced programmatic buying (PMP) and leveraged AI to optimize ad efficiency, enhancing monetization of ad slots. 这就是为什么我把当前定性为“修正”而非“反转”:反弹的燃$FIL Filecoin team's two main directions this year: suppress token inflation and build a sustainable deflationary mechanism; accelerate storage commercialization with the goal of scaling to compete with centralized storage giants.

One sentence to describe this week's market: roller coaster. BTC dropped from 87239 to 79725, then bounced back to 82536. The 80,000 level was cut three times but firmly held. ETH was a bit weaker, just holding the low at 2328 and rebounding to 2425.
Amid this market, three banks are opening their doors. Last week, Standard Chartered opened BTC and ETH trading; this week, Charles Schwab enabled BTC transfers; Deutsche Bank is also active, setting up custody. Three banks in one week, all with real, compliant capital costs.
Note the differences among these three moves: Standard Chartered opened trading, Charles Schwab opened transfers, Deutsche Bank is providing custody. Buying, storing, managing—the entire chain is being laid out.
Now look at the money. ETFs continued outflows this week, institutional money is watching at the door. But the spike at 79725 was caught by whales, and the 82536 level was supported by them. Retail ETF money is withdrawing, whale spot money is catching, banks are opening doors—three streams of money, three directions.
Retail money is fleeing—fast money; whale money is catching—slow money; bank money is building pipelines—long money. Fast money controls sentiment, slow money controls price, long money controls the future.
The price looks bad this week because fast money is in control. Who will control the next two weeks depends on slow money and long money.
I’m not calling a bottom or a top. I only know that once the door is open, it can’t be closed, and this week’s three cuts proved the price can’t be pushed down.
Will these three streams of money converge first, or continue on separate paths?

#机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Netflix's fundamentals have entered a mature phase, with subscriber growth slowing as a long-term trend. Whether the stock price can continue to rise in the future hinges on the realization of its advertising business. In the short term, the advertising volume is still very small and unlikely to immediately change revenue growth rates; over a longer period, if the ad packages are successfully rolled out globally, combined with high-premium ad inventory from live sports, the secondary monetization of hundreds of millions of existing subscribers will open up a brand-new growth space. Simply put: subscribers provide the basic cash flow, while advertising determines Netflix's next valuation ceiling.Who pays the bill for computing power and storage?
$FIL's storage proofs not only verify the initial data storage but also continuously prove that the agreed data is still stored. The official explanation clearly separates these two steps.
I am more concerned about whether the paid data is retained long-term, rather than just how much content the device can hold; capacity is supply capability, but customer usage is the business.
It has dropped 2.16% in nearly 24 hours, and the price has not cooperated for now. My focus remains on effective demand; the ability to continuously maintain data is fundamental, and whether it can bring long-term customers is closer to how much value the business can retain.
$RENDER's official website has already integrated traditional rendering engines and generative imaging tools into the creative workflow, which is more specific than just saying "renting GPU".
The competitiveness here is more about whether the workflow is smooth: how long it takes to complete a task, how convenient the integration is, all affect the willingness to continue paying.
The token dropped 0.75% in nearly 24 hours; this number alone cannot infer task increase or decrease. But research can be closer to customers, focusing on reasons for repeated use rather than just discussing how big the entire computing power market is.
$ICP's application contracts use Cycles to pay for running resources, adopting a model where the application bears the cost, so users do not have to pay on-chain fees for each operation individually.
This changes the way demand is viewed: users feel it's free, but that doesn't mean the network has no cost; the bill may be concentrated in the hands of developers and application operators.
I will track whether applications continuously consume resources and replenish budgets. A one-time experience boom and long-term operation are different businesses. To study token demand, you have to identify the paying party.#奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Below expectationsThe shorts were just cleared in one round, and funds are once again gathering on the contract side.
Last night's rebound had a clear short squeeze. Looking at inflows and outflows now, market heat has indeed returned, but the bulls have not taken control of the market.
1. BTC
In the past 24 hours, contract net inflow was $859 million, spot net inflow was $143 million.
In the last hour, contract net inflow was $42.63 million, but spot had a net outflow of $2.49 million. This indicates that the derivatives market remains active, but the spot market has not strengthened correspondingly.
2. ETH
In the past 24 hours, contract net inflow was $258 million, spot net inflow was $42.77 million.
In the last hour, contract net inflow was $58.53 million, while spot was only $3.4 million. ETH's contract fund changes are more pronounced, so volatility may still be significant going forward.
The only certainty now is that leveraged funds are heating up, while spot market support remains relatively mild.
BTC continues to face resistance around 82,500–83,000, ETH continues to watch 2,420–2,450. When the price can't break through and spot doesn't keep up, then consider short opportunities.
Last night proved that being right about the direction doesn't mean the timing to enter is right. Wait for the short squeeze to end first, then wait for the resistance level to speak. Yesterday's market review: As expected, cryptocurrencies continue to trade sideways with no clear market direction yet. In the short term, fly observed a bearish shooting star pattern on ZEC, so a low-leverage short position was taken at 1156, with the stop loss set at the previous high. Starlink serves as a stable cash flow, supporting space infrastructure on one hand while betting on the AI computing power track on the other. In the short term, high capital expenditures suppress valuation and put pressure on the stock price; but over the long term, the company's value depends on two things: whether Starship can truly achieve reusable launches, and whether the AI computing power business can turn from continuous cash burn into stable profitability. NVIDIA didn't fall last night; it rebounded 1.4%, but this rebound feels a bit shaky.
NVDA closed at $217.09 on Monday, up 1.38%; the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose 1.6%, ending an 8-day losing streak.
The Nasdaq rose 1.11%, the S&P 500 gained 0.41%, while the Dow Jones actually fell 0.07%.
On the same day, the 10-year US Treasury yield climbed to 5.135%, and crude oil closed at $103.66.
Objective breakdown:
The main gainers were the hardest-hit chips and a few heavyweight stocks; the number of decliners on the NYSE was 1.69 times the number of advancers.
There were 361 Nasdaq stocks hitting 52-week lows versus only 31 hitting new highs; most stocks are actually declining.
During the 8-day losing streak last week, the semiconductor index dropped about 15.7%; a 1.6% rise in one day is just a breather.
The market is betting on AI earnings reports, but interest rates above 5% still weigh on AI financing.
Future trends:
In the short term, this week's earnings from Tesla and Meta and their capital expenditure statements will determine whether chips continue to recover or face a secondary dip.
NVDA needs to reclaim $220 for the recovery to be considered supported; falling back below $214 would mean the rebound is over.
The real medium-term variable is interest rates; without a drop in Treasury yields, AI stocks' valuations will struggle to return to previous levels.

Tomorrow (October 20) after market close, Netflix will release its Q3 earnings report.
The market expectations are roughly as follows:
• Revenue around $12.87–12.88 billion, up about 11.8% year-over-year
• EPS about $0.82, nearly 40% year-over-year increase
• Operating margin guidance at 33.2%
This will be the slowest Q3 revenue growth in nearly three years. Subscription growth has clearly slowed, and user engagement is under pressure — average viewing time per user has dropped from about 66 hours in 2023 to around 49 hours in the first half of the year, with rising cancellation rates and declining downloads in the U.S., and intensified competition from YouTube and others. Changes in the Chief Content Officer and about 6% layoffs (around 1,000 people) have also made the market more cautious.
But the real new highlight is the advertising business.
The company’s full-year advertising revenue target is about $3 billion, nearly double that of 2025. The U.S. Upfront commitment is nearly doubled, programmatic advertising and targeting capabilities continue to improve, and the advertising package monthly active users have reached a significant scale. This is currently the clearest acceleration engine and the key reason Wall Street believes "short-term pressure, but long-term potential remains."
Full-year revenue guidance has been narrowed to $51–51.4 billion (about 13–14% growth), with an operating margin of 31.5%. Q4 needs to achieve about $13.5 billion to hit the midpoint. $BTC Today's news affecting BTC: the trio of oil prices + US Treasury + US dollar
Today's news impacting BTC isn't all about "a certain country passing a Bitcoin bill" type of hype, but rather the usual three:
First, US crude oil closed with an eight-day winning streak, WTI November futures rose 2.22% to $103.66/barrel, Brent crude at $109.55; oil prices push inflation, inflation pushes the Fed hawkish.
Second, the 10-year US Treasury yield is about 5.14%, 2-year at 4.77%, risk-free returns are very attractive, putting pressure on risk asset valuations.
Third, the US dollar index is back above 102, offshore RMB broke 6.68, global liquidity is not that loose.
So BTC holding 82,000 is already quite resilient. Don't treat crypto as a market detached from Earth; it is now an "elastic asset within macro risk assets." #机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? #SpaceX上市后首份完整季度财报将揭晓 #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 $BTC Trading Behavior Breakdown: 82000 Is a "False Calm," Not a True Direction
Don't be fooled by BTC's volatility of only 1.72%, which seems calm; in fact, neither bulls nor bears dare to reveal their cards first.
Buyer logic: 80,000 is a psychological bottom; if it breaks, stop-loss orders will be triggered, so there are buyers around 81700-81800.
Seller logic: With high US Treasury yields and renewed expectations of Fed rate hikes, selling pressure naturally weighs above 83000.
The result is: the high of 83158 can't be surpassed, the low of 81748 can't be broken, and the trading volume is just over ten thousand (Sina Binance source around 12287 / 12579).
This kind of market is the most dangerous for beginners: you think "it's going to break out," but a spike sweeps through and it continues sideways; you think "it's going to crash," but buyers catch it again. My approach is simple: use 82000 as an anchor and don't mistake the oscillation for a trend. #机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? #SpaceX上市后首份完整季度财报将揭晓 #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Contract funds have started to flow back, there is a rebound, but it’s too early to say the trend has reversed!
From the capital data, $BTC and $ETH show clear short- to mid-term inflows, with net inflows of $832 million and $257 million respectively in 24 hours. However, over 30 days, both still show net outflows of $7.236 billion and $7.822 billion respectively. Short-term capital replenishment and mid- to long-term capital withdrawal coexist, so the market is not yet fully bullish.
$BTC: Short-term funds dominate, with continuous net inflows from 1 hour to 24 hours, indicating that buyers are gaining strength in the battle between bulls and bears. My judgment is short-term bullish, but beware of a pullback after the rebound; do not chase the rally, wait for a pullback confirmation.
$ETH: Short-term capital inflow is strong, with a 24-hour net inflow of $257 million, but a 30-day net outflow of $7.822 billion, so capital recovery still needs time. Short-term rebound is possible, but whether it can sustain depends on whether subsequent funds continue.
$SOL: 24-hour net outflow of $3.55 million, short-term capital performance is volatile, currently lacking clear sustained inflow signals. Without capital support, no rush to bottom-fish.
$ZEC: 24-hour net inflow of $48.77 million, but short-term funds show outflows from 5 to 30 minutes, indicating weakening short-term support. Continue to observe if funds can turn positive again; do not blindly chase highs.
Trader’s conclusion: Prioritize $BTC and $ETH in the short term, watch $SOL for now, and wait for $ZEC to stabilize funds again. Bitcoin Security Myth Shattered? CORE 8.31 Proves: Underlying Hashrate ≠ Token Economic Security
For a long time, the BTCFi market has fallen into a fatal misconception: equating Bitcoin's super-strong hashrate with absolute security of the entire ecosystem. Until the CORE 8.31 incident completely shattered this industry myth, delivering a harsh lesson to all coin holders.
Throughout this incident, Bitcoin mainnet hashrate remained stable, the ledger intact, and users' staked BTC principal securely locked on the mainnet with self-custodied private keys, with no risk of theft or loss. The technical security of the underlying hashrate was executed to the extreme.
But the real collapse happened in the upper-layer token economic system of the CORE chain. Validators exploited a reward contract vulnerability to excessively mint tokens, completely disrupting the official preset inflation release curve. The project team hard-forked to destroy 186 million illicit tokens, yet 69 million ghost tokens remain circulating in the market, continuously diluting the equity of all token holders.
This is the core cognitive gap in BTCFi: hashrate can only defend against hackers, tampering, and protect principal, but cannot prevent protocol vulnerabilities, malicious nodes, and token over-issuance. Technical security is the baseline; token economic security is the core of holding value.
No matter how solid the underlying hashrate is, it cannot cover for upper-layer governance flaws and economic model collapse. Hashrate security ≠ asset value security—this is the deepest lesson the 8.31 incident leaves for all BTCFi players.Yesterday, on-chain monitoring showed that the BlackRock ETF-associated wallet transferred crypto assets worth a total of $143 million to Coinbase Prime, including 883 BTC (approximately $72.64 million) and 28,957 ETH (approximately $70.4 million).
This transfer does not directly equate to a sell-off. As the core custodian and institutional trading channel for BlackRock's crypto ETF, the large inflow to Coinbase Prime is more likely to address ETF subscription and redemption demands, complete portfolio rebalancing, or conduct routine liquidity management.
Previously, in August, BlackRock made large withdrawals from Coinbase for three consecutive days, causing a passive contraction in market circulating supply. This reverse inflow will slightly increase the sellable chips on the exchange side in the short term, which may temporarily raise the selling pressure expectations on the BTC and ETH market.

$SOXLB is up +5.38% in 24 hours, currently priced at 99.73. Both the 1-hour and 4-hour structures are relatively strong, yet the current trading volume is only 0.28 times the average volume of the previous 20 bars. The direction is aligned, but participation hasn’t kept up, which is exactly the most debatable point right now.
The opposing view also has clear invalidation lines. Breaking below the 1-hour support at 94.54 indicates that short-term support has not been validated; if the 4-hour support at 86.37 is further broken, the previous judgment of strength or recovery must be rewritten. You can hold onto your view, but you can’t pretend not to see the evidence has changed.
This analysis will be reviewed based on two conditions, rather than only looking back to capture screenshots when the result is correct: whether the price first handles 105.03, and whether 94.54 can hold during a pullback. The former answers if there is follow-through above, the latter answers if the support is genuine. The next update will only check if these conditions are met, without inventing new stories to excuse old judgments.
It’s easier to understand this market movement as an equipment acceptance test: running under no load doesn’t mean completion; stability under boundary conditions gives weight to the conclusion. Morgan Stanley raised target price from 775 to 820; the same report calculated: Muse requires 1-4GW GPU per 100 million users, and about 13GW additional computing power needed in 2027/28.
This year's capex guidance is up to $145 billion; the earnings night test is not about advertising (expected revenue 63.3 billion), but whether this $145 billion is justified.
My view: last quarter EPS 6.18 was 1.01 below the expected 7.19, this time the expectation was raised by 1.5% to 6.67 — expectations have been elevated, the key is capex guidance and Muse monetization, not advertising.
No one-sided bets before earnings night. If it breaks below 660 (options implied lower bound), watch 647.53 moving average; if it stands back above 720, then be bullish. Invalid if: EPS beats + capex guidance not increased.

#EarningsSeason #MetaMoney is moving; no matter how beautiful the chart looks, it's just a "borrowed rebound".
In the past 24 hours, $BTC spot ETF saw a net outflow of $94.94 million, and ETH spot ETF outflowed $87.51 million; BTC ETF has cumulatively lost $292.6 million over seven days. The total market cap of stablecoins dropped by $1.65 billion overnight — liquidity inside the market is still being drained.
Don't underestimate these two numbers. ETF outflows mean marginal buyers are withdrawing; stablecoin shrinkage means purchasing power inside the market is declining. One controls "external increments," the other controls "internal ammunition," and now both ends are leaking. In this context, a bullish candle looks more like existing funds trading back and forth, or even a ladder set up by shorts covering: the rise is sharp, and the fall will be quick.
I'm not bearish, but I don't believe in "bulls without money." Prices can deceive, but liquidity cannot. True stabilization depends on two hard signals: ETF net inflows for three consecutive days and stablecoin total market cap turning upward again. Without these two, any rebound is just a rebound; even breaking above 83,000 could be a false breakout.
Let's discuss: do you think this wave is funds rushing ahead early, or another round of pump-and-dump? Without new money entering, I really don't believe a one-sided move can happen.
#机构资金转弱,BTC与ETH谁先迎来回流? $ETH Core's "decentralization" facade has been torn down: a small circle of 21 validators is the real single point of failure
For a long time, Core has promoted relying on the Satoshi Plus hybrid consensus, inheriting Bitcoin's hash power security to build a decentralized BTCFi underlying layer. But the August 31 incident revealed another reality: network validation rights are concentrated in a small circle of 21 validators, which is the hidden single point of failure.
Bitcoin mainnet hash power is an independent security foundation used to anchor block headers; however, Core's on-chain reward settlement, protocol governance, and hard fork decisions heavily depend on this group of validator nodes. The recent reward contract vulnerability was exploited by a few validators who minted excess CORE tokens due to a code defect. Although users' staked BTC principal was not stolen, the token over-issuance issue can only be resolved through a collective validator vote for a hard fork.
This architecture has a major contradiction: the underlying layer borrows Bitcoin's decentralized hash power, but the upper consensus execution layer is controlled by a few validators. If validators collude or if the nodes' collective opinion becomes unbalanced, protocol governance and token rules could be manipulated. Even if BTC achieves non-custodial staking, the centralization risk at the governance layer cannot be eliminated.
BTCFi security cannot rely solely on Bitcoin's hash power; validator node distribution and governance mechanisms are equally critical. Hash power security does not equal decentralization; a small circle of nodes can always pose governance and economic risks.2 million $SOL all sold, did this listed company "run away"?
$SOL treasury company SkyAI (formerly Sharps Technology, Nasdaq SKYA) sold all its $SOL holdings. In September, it still held over 2 million tokens, ranking as the fifth largest $SOL treasury among listed companies; by October 16, not a single token remained, with only about $224 million cash left on the books.
What was the money from selling the tokens used for? Buybacks. The company launched a $201.3 million tender offer, $3 per share, to repurchase up to 95% of shares and warrants, expiring on October 29. Interestingly, it originally set a condition—that $SOL had to stay above $100 for the buyback to be valid. Now that all tokens are sold, this condition was removed.
Major shareholder Bastion (holding nearly 10%) disagreed, demanding $3.5 per share and calling for an independent review. The treasury company’s full sell-off of tokens to fund buybacks is unprecedented among listed companies—whether it’s cashing out or a lack of confidence in $SOL is open to interpretation.Netflix $NFLX will release its Q3 earnings after the market closes on October 20. The headline numbers will look good, but underneath there is a lot of anxiety.
Revenue guidance is $12.86 billion, up about 12% year-over-year, which doesn't look bad, but it's the slowest growth rate in the same period in nearly three years. Operating margin surged to 33.2%, significantly higher than last year's 28.2%, but this is mainly due to price increases—the price hikes in the US, Mexico, and Spain only fully took effect this quarter. In other words, profits were "lifted" by price increases, not "grown" organically.
The real highlight is advertising. Netflix set its advertising revenue target at $3 billion this year, doubling year-over-year. In August, advertising pre-sale commitments nearly doubled, and the advertising suite received MRC certification for the first time. However, advertising revenue still accounts for a small portion of total revenue. Whether it can fill the gap left by slowing subscription growth needs to be addressed this quarter.
More complicated is live streaming. MLB and NFL are both on board, but live streaming consumed more than 5% of this year's content budget while contributing only about 1% of viewing time. Netflix spent big money to gain "presence," but whether the returns justify the cost is being closely watched by the market. Before the earnings report, Netflix also laid off 1,000 employees and replaced its Chief Content Officer. With management restructuring combined with slowing revenue growth, the margin for error is narrow.
$BTC is on a different wavelength from Netflix. Inflation and interest rate expectations are still weighing down, with Bitcoin hovering around 80,000. No matter how lively the streaming earnings are, they can't move the crypto market; each goes its own way. #奈飞增长或放缓,广告业务成新看点 Wow, the latest CME probability data has really done a big reversal! For the October 28 interest rate meeting, the market now believes the probability of a Fed rate hike is only 14.9%, while 85.1% think it will hold steady, maintaining 3.75%-4.00%. You have to know this expectation has completely changed in just four weeks; previously, there was speculation about a rate hike within the year, but now almost no one believes it.
Logically, with the rate hike expectation dropping sharply, BTC should be rallying, but yesterday Bitcoin surged to 83,000 and then dropped back down. What the heck is going on? I think the core issue is the lack of incremental funds in the market. Just relying on the reversal of expectations isn’t enough; we need to see continuous inflows into ETFs and stablecoin market cap growing again for the market to really move. Next, we wait for the October 28 interest rate decision to land; once the direction is clear, it won’t be too late to go heavy.

"Long-term investors are gamblers." This was said by Livermore—a man who went bankrupt four times and bounced back four times. This video answers the most painful question for ordinary people: Wherever you put your money, it's a gamble. So how should you gamble to win?
There are only three core points: The world is chaotic (Granville shouted "sell all holdings" in 1981, only to see a big bull market; Fisher said "permanent stability" in 1929, followed by a major crash)—so you must place meaningful bets (Getty bought an oil field lease for $500 and sold it a year later for $12,000), then survive with counterintuitive discipline: take profits early when winning, and cut losses quickly when losing (sell when down 10% to 15%). But discipline has limits: a 12% drop in stocks can be stopped instantly, but a 15% drop in your hometown house with no buyers—when liquidity dries up, discipline must shift to "not placing heavy bets in the first place."
Since 2026, 21 companies have delisted from the A-share market, with some delisting after just over four years—Paula once "locked Ford stock in a cellar and forgot about it," dividends dropped from $2.6 all the way to zero, history is rhyming. Remember: long-term holding is fine, but long-term ignoring is not. Before leaving, ask yourself three questions: Can you sleep if you lose 20%? Can you leave when you reach your target profit? Can you cut losses when down 15%? Institutions are arguing whether BTC can reach 100,000 by the end of the year, with some shouting it will break 100,000, while others say 85,000 is the peak.
BTC is currently at $82,084, below the 20-day moving average (83,153) and above the 50-day moving average (81,582), with an RSI of 49.2, neither up nor down.
Bitwise says it will break 100,000 by year-end, based on ETF + corporate buying + government debt + clearer regulation; LO sets the year-end range at 85,000–95,000, saying the probability of a rate hike in December is about 75%, and without a cut, don’t expect 100,000.
They are arguing about the same thing: whether the shadow of rate hikes will dissipate. The Fed’s meeting is on October 27–28, 8 days away, and the blackout period has started.
I think the disagreement is not about whether to buy, but when to buy.
Whales have increased holdings by nearly 86,000 coins since mid-September, with buying around 80,000; ETFs have seen nearly $1 billion outflow in two weeks, institutional money is waiting for the Fed’s stance first.
100,000 is a slogan, not a plan, at least before the meeting results.
No chasing: talk about reversal only if it effectively stands above 84,000 (short covering trigger).
If it falls below 80,000, look toward 75,000.
If the December rate hike expectation shifts to pause, LO’s range judgment fails, and 100,000 returns to the table. $BTC $ETH $SOL 90-day floating profit of 2.81 million U, but this $ETH move almost tore through Boss Eleven's position.

The number isn't huge, but with 30x leverage, it feels like you clearly saw the big direction right, yet got pulled off at the last retracement.
Let's first look at this $ETH trade, the loss is well deserved.
Opened at 2630, closed at 2620, a 10-point range, 30x full position, directly resulting in a 12.73% loss. And 2630 is exactly the threshold where $ETH fell out of the 2620 support range at the end of September, turning "support into resistance." After touching 2697 on October 6, $ETH fell all the way back; 2650 turned from floor to ceiling, going long near 2630 essentially means catching a flying knife below resistance. Even worse, the spot $ETH ETF has had net outflows for 10 consecutive trading days, totaling nearly $783 million. Without spot buying support, leveraged longs are castles in the air. Boss Eleven took this hit without regret, but it really hurt.
The $BTC short is a different story.
Opened at 80,798, closed at 80,739, only 59 points, with a 1.91% return. It looks insignificant, but in the current market, these 59 points were squeezed right around the 80k mark. In mid-October, BTC was hammered from above 87,000 down to 80,347. Macro pressure is very clear—the Fed minutes were hawkish, year-end rate hike expectations rose, 10-year US Treasury yields stayed high, and $BTC and $ETH were pushed down 3.2% and 7.0% respectively in a single week. Around 80k is the strike price with the densest open interest in options, both longs and shorts are stacking chips there. Closing the short above 80,700 is not luck, it’s knowing there’s some meat at 80k, but not much—take a bite and get out.
The $ZEC short is the real big winner this round.
2,000 coins, 5x isolated margin, opened at 1466.89, pocketed +7,451.16U. $ZEC retraced from the high of 1,693 on September 26 down to a low of 1,049 on October 18, a drop of over 30%. Boss Eleven opened the short near 1,466, right in the middle of the downtrend—not the peak, but the trend was already broken. ETF channels shifted from one-way buying to two-way friction, Grayscale ZCSH recorded consecutive weekly net outflows, and $ZEC’s rebound highs kept getting lower. 5x isolated margin shorts on this kind of asset keep position controllable and ride the trend inertia. This trade’s rhythm is more sophisticated than the $BTC one.
So looking at these three lines together, Boss Eleven’s 2.81 million U in 90 days isn’t a story of "both longs and shorts are awesome," but a story about "where to go heavy and where to admit defeat." The $ETH long lost money because it gambled on a reversal below resistance with 30x full position; the $BTC short made money because it knew not to be greedy at the 80k meat grinder; the $ZEC short made big money because it dared to bet on weak rebounds after the trend broke, rather than guessing the top.
A 60.43% win rate and a 62.57% max drawdown in the last 30 days—these two numbers on the same line are a warning. A 60% win rate isn’t low, but a 62.57% drawdown means the account was once cut by more than half from its peak. There’s no middle ground between "eating meat" and "getting hit" with 30x leverage. Boss Eleven survived, but that doesn’t mean everyone can. Whale operations are the result of whale-sized positions, whale-level margin depth, and whale-level stop-loss discipline. The screenshot only shows profit and loss; what’s outside the screenshot is the real life-or-death factor.
At this point in the market, whether $BTC is building a bottom or breaking below 80k, whether $ETH can reclaim 2,550 or even 2,650, and how far $ZEC’s weak rebound near 1,100 can go—behind every question mark, there are a bunch of 30x leveraged positions waiting to be liquidated or realized. Watching others’ real trades is about logic and rhythm, not about putting your entire net worth on the line to copy-paste. When liquidation happens, no one will bear it for you.

58.44 million USD, 40x $BTC short, 25x $ETH long, both positions maxed out simultaneously. If you watch his positions for three seconds, a thought will pop up: is this person hedging, or betting on which side will lift him first?
Honestly, after watching him get liquidated so many times, this time feels different.
He used to be famously known as the “E Guard,” a die-hard bull. His $ETH longs have been liquidated countless times, yet he would immediately reopen positions. Even when his account was down to just $20,000, he could pull out new margin within hours to keep playing. When his $HYPE position was underwater by over three million, he never truly left the game. You can’t explain this kind of person with “rationality.” He has a near-irrational resilience—liquidation for him seems not like an end, but just a system prompt before opening the next position.
But this time, he reversed and opened a 40x $BTC short.
Here’s the problem. The funding environment in April is not on his side.
On the $ETH side, the US spot ETF has had eight consecutive trading days of net inflows, accumulating nearly 500 million USD. Whale addresses scooped up 700,000 $ETH in a week; Bitmine alone increased holdings by over 100,000 $ETH. The SuperTrend daily chart flipped bullish for the first time since early 2025. Selling pressure is indeed easing, and on-chain tokens are moving into cold wallets.
What about $BTC? In April, spot ETFs had a total net inflow exceeding 2 billion USD, with BlackRock’s IBIT taking over 70%. There were a few days of consecutive outflows at the end of the month; Fidelity’s FBTC saw a single-day outflow of 150 million USD, and the market once shouted “institutional weakness.” But if you look at the timeline longer, $BTC spot buying hasn’t truly stopped. The pullback looks more like a short-term reset, not a trend reversal.
This puts Maji’s position structure in a very cruel spot.
His $ETH longs are with the wind. Institutions are buying, whales are accumulating, selling pressure is retreating.
His $BTC shorts are against the wind. Institutional spot buying is still supporting the bottom, and any decent inflow could push his shorts up and liquidate them.
More subtly, CryptoQuant has revealed a layer of insight: $ETH’s stability is largely because “fewer people are selling,” not because “more people are really buying.” $BTC’s rebound relies on solid spot buying and exchange inventory outflows, while $ETH’s institutional inflow scale and sustainability haven’t caught up yet. In other words, if capital really returns, $BTC will still be the first stop, and $ETH will wait for rotation.
What Maji is betting on this time isn’t direction.
He’s betting that rotation will happen early, that $ETH will run an independent rally before $BTC’s capital returns, and simultaneously that $BTC will collapse first when institutional buying wanes.
Both sides are highly leveraged, both have little room for error. The liquidation price for $ETH longs is just tens of dollars below his feet, and the forced liquidation line for $BTC shorts hangs overhead. If the market trends in either direction, one side will wake him up first.
But then again, this guy has been woken up too many times. The nickname “Liquidation Champion” wasn’t given for nothing, but every time he climbs back from liquidation, it’s hard to see him as just a gambler.
This time, he’s betting on the rhythm of capital rotation. And the market’s specialty is changing the tune just when everyone thinks they’ve got the rhythm right.
Who will see capital return first, $BTC or $ETH? The answer might not be in the candlesticks, but in Maji’s margin balance.
