Messi here with an update: USDe has officially launched natively on X Layer now~ Holding and trading are all set up for everyone on X Layer!
Next, we will support USDe staking and one-click cycle earning strategies, making it easier for everyone to explore capital efficiency strategies.
From asset availability to strategy entry points gradually improving, X Layer is continuously connecting more on-chain use cases to make capital flow smoother 🫡
When connecting with new users online and offline, the most common question we hear is: Is the money safe when deposited in your exchange?
Customer assets belong to the customers, not the exchange. It sounds simple, but few actually achieve it.
From November 2022 until now, we have issued proof of reserves 48 times consecutively over four years. This year, to further protect and reassure users, we launched the "Peace of Mind Shield."
Many colleagues around me also keep their own funds on OKX. It’s because of trust and confidence that they do so.
The boss often says, if a company wants to go far, it must think from the user's perspective; shortcuts won’t get you far. OKX has been with everyone for over a decade and will go even further, like those century-old financial institutions, improving user service and refining products.
Exchanges should make money through technology, products, and services, not by using customers' funds to make money.
This has always been my principle and the bottom line that OKX has adhered to throughout its more than a decade of development.
The most important asset in the financial industry is trust. Regardless of market changes or company growth, protecting customer asset security should never be a negotiable business choice.
Customers' assets belong to the customers, not the exchange.
We should focus our efforts on building better products, deeper liquidity, more efficient technical infrastructure, and higher quality services.
Make money by creating value, not by taking risks that customers cannot be informed of.
The same Tesla earnings report, some say it rose 2% after hours, others say it fell 3.1%😂
Messi stayed up all night (actually at noon) to organize an earnings report interpretation list for everyone, take a look before copying homework👇
1. @qinbafrank|Meta earnings breakdown
Revenue $64.6 billion, Q4 guidance also exceeded expectations. Earnings per share on the report is 3.83, dragged down by a one-time $9.9 billion legal expense, excluding which it is 7.40.
2. @LucyBuilding|Meta earnings preview
She is optimistic about revenue but reminds that the stock price has already risen with Muse. She also reminds to confirm whether both sides include legal expenses before comparing earnings per share and expectations.
3. @OtherSideBJ|Tesla earnings in one chart
Earnings per share beat expectations, mainly due to a low 13% tax rate this quarter, operating profit basically in line with expectations. After talking about Optimus on the call, the stock turned from up to down after hours.
4. @KelseyDingMD|Quick look at four earnings reports
A post covering Lam Research, Texas Instruments, Meta, and Tesla earnings. Her conclusion: there is no formula between earnings reports and stock prices.
Stock price questions on Orbit settle after US market close tonight. The rule is to compare with the closing price of the regular trading day before the target trading day; a flat price counts as No.
As of just now, Tesla "will rise" by 63¢, Meta by 72¢
Friends participating in the earnings winners, are you still here👀?

Two earnings reports last night, and the answer to "Did they beat expectations?" on the planet was Yes✅
But during the trading session, one stock only rose a little, and the other fell somewhat
▫️SpaceX: GAAP EPS $0.35, the estimate was $0.17, more than doubled.
- After hours, it only rose 2%–5%. Because Q3 revenue was 14.6 billion, while capital expenditure in the same quarter was 19.6 billion, mostly spent on AI computing power. Earning more, spending more
▫️Netflix: EPS $0.87, estimate was $0.84, beat; but revenue basically met expectations.
- After hours, it fell 4%–6%. The shareholder letter said the margin beat "mainly due to timing of expenses," meaning some money was just spent later. Q4 guidance is below expectations, and full-year ad revenue forecast was lowered from about $3 billion to about $2.7 billion.
Did you get the first two questions right?😆
The stock price questions refer to the "first full trading day after the earnings report" price change, which will only be settled after today's US market close, so no answer yet, you can keep an eye on it
Tonight it's Tesla and Meta's turn, how will you choose?
Remember, you need to fully answer all four questions to participate in the big winner event
@grok What do Chinese Twitter users generally call this kind of $BTC trend now, _____?
RT @qinbafrank: As the chief advisor for the ARK fund in the Asia-Pacific region, Wood Sister, there are many fund managers from the Asia-Pacific region in Mr. Di's @futurist2077 Orbit. I have gained a lot every time I chatted with Mr. Di before. So tomorrow night, Mr. Di's live broadcast on the OKX Orbit is definitely worth listening to carefully.

These days, I've been chatting with many friends about earnings forecast, and I found that everyone's biggest confusion isn't about which side to bet on, but rather: what exactly counts as a Yes?
I reviewed the rules for tonight's two questions👇
▫️Netflix: initially reported GAAP EPS > $0.84
▫️SpaceX: initially reported GAAP EPS > $0.17
Three details really affect the outcome:
1️⃣ It's based on GAAP EPS (GAAP Earnings Per Share)
2️⃣ Exactly equal to the threshold counts as No; it must be higher to count as Yes. Netflix exactly $0.84 and SpaceX exactly $0.17 both count as No.
3️⃣ It's based on the initially reported value. SpaceX also clearly states: subsequent restatements or revisions usually do not change the result, except for obvious errors corrected immediately after the initial release.
So, when the news says "beat expectations," it doesn't necessarily mean this question is a Yes. Don't get the company right but the question wrong 😂
For friends who want to challenge the "Earnings Champion"! Registration closes tonight at 23:59 (Hong Kong time). Event info is in the comments 💚
Do you check the rules before making predictions?
A Always check
B Don't check, I just bet on over/under

Elon Musk said he wants to give every child in the US one share of SpaceX, valued at about $148.5 at the current price.
The comment section split into two clear camps: one says it's true universal stock ownership, the other says free things are the most expensive.
Messi finds it interesting that: giving cash can be cashed out immediately; giving stock, especially to children, turns into telling a story about the future.
SpaceX will deliver its first full quarter earnings report since going public this week, and giving shares actually makes the issue very concrete—
If Starlink users and profits keep up with the valuation, American kids might really be winning at the starting line 😂
If not, $148.5 is just a price quote for today.
On the OKX planet, there is a SpaceX earnings forecast question, where the current evaluation criterion is that if the GAAP US stock earnings initially announced for the quarter are strictly above $0.17, it settles as yes; otherwise, no.
Regardless of the outcome, Elon made two big news stories within a week—truly a marketing genius 🥹

Elon Musk @elonmusk is going to give every American kid one $SPCX stock,
This is really awesome, the next generation of Americans each holding a rocket ticket, making 500 trillion a reality?
BTW @grok, how many American kids are there in total, and how much money will Musk have to give out with this move?
This really resonates. It's not just people new to AI; even someone like me who uses it intensively every day doesn't necessarily understand it fully.
Last night, I had AI check which tasks consume the most tokens, and I realized many tasks don't actually require calling the model. A friend calls choosing the model and adjusting intensity "shifting gears," and I used to be like flooring the gas 😂
Recently, my right thumb has swollen to almost twice the size of my left, and only after my coach reminded me did I go see a doctor. The doctor said it's tendon inflammation caused by overuse.
Sure enough, you have to know how to shift gears with the model, and people also need to know when to hit the brakes (。•́︿•̀。)

These days, I've been closely interacting with people who are truly "AI beginners with zero foundation."
True zero foundation doesn't mean what people imagine, like never having used Doubao or GPT; that is not zero foundation.
True zero foundation means: not knowing what input method completion is, not knowing what a slash / is, not understanding what file storage means, not knowing that you can "insert a line break" on the keyboard of a phone...
If you're smart, you might realize: this isn't about not knowing how to use AI, it's about not knowing how to use a phone!
Exactly, they simply don't know how to use a phone, and they are not elderly people; they are people in their thirties or forties.
There are tens of millions of people under 50 who don't understand how to use phones or computers, which is 100 times the number of domestic Codex users.
But they also have a need to use AI, and the characteristics here are:
1. They are willing to pay for it.
2. They will encounter countless obstacles while learning AI, and 99% of these obstacles have nothing to do with AI.
3. Teaching them to use AI is just a pretext; in reality, it's teaching them how to use phones and computers.
If you choose to do this business, you might seem like you're exploiting people, because this kind of teaching has labor costs, and for something very simple, you have to charge a high price (I don't think it's exploitation; I think it's nine years of compulsory education).
But that's a tangent. The opportunity I see is that I believe creating AI-related content for these people can reach tens of millions of views.
Just like how videos teaching people how to take planes or subways went viral, this is the big market.
In their process of using AI, only 5% of the problems are AI-related; 95% are issues with phone/computer operations exposed during the use of AI, and the latter is the real big market.
