$CRWV 高盛把 CoreWeave 上调至「买入」，目标价却从 139 美元砍到 106 美元。
所谓 73% 的上涨空间，更多是股价跌出来的。8 月以来跌了 43%，上周单周又跌 24%。
更有意思的是，同一家公司的无担保债，收益率一度冲到 13.5%–15%。
股票分析师在喊买，债主却要这么高的利息才肯借钱。
市场对 AI 算力的想象还在，但 CoreWeave 的融资风险，也不是一句「买入」就能抹掉的。
