$BTC $ETH $NEAR

AVAX at $9.6, are you still holding? Dubai court has put its ruling on-chain, Charles Schwab plans to open trading by year-end, Helicon upgrade has landed—good news keeps coming, yet AVAX stubbornly stays at 9.6 like it’s dead. Is the market blind, or are you deceiving yourself? First, the surface: good news bombarding, price unmoved. Grinding between 9.55 and 9.9 over 24 hours, volatility under 4%. Price sits above MA50 (9.5) but is firmly pressed down by MA20 (10.2-10.5). RSI at 45, neutral to slightly weak. Daily chart shows consolidation, 4-hour chart leans weak—bulls and bears are stuck, waiting for a direction. First thing: Dubai court on-chain, this is real good news, but the market isn’t buying it. Starting October 14, new orders and hearing records from Dubai DIFC court are directly anchored to Avalanche C-Chain. Verifiable, tamper-proof, this is a real-world institutional use case, not just empty promises. Charles Schwab will open AVAX trading by year-end, Helicon upgrade cuts staking period from 14 days to 48 hours and introduces auto-renewal. But the moment good news lands is the moment the good news is fully priced in. Second thing: fundamentals have a story, but stories don’t pay the bills. Avalanche’s positioning is clear: enterprise-grade L1 + customizable subnet chains. DeFi TVL about $590 million, stablecoins $1.23 billion, on-chain fees have a burn mechanism, deflationary attributes. RWA, tokenized assets, modern payment pilots—these narratives are true, mid-to-long-term value anchors on real adoption. But the problem is: TVL is $590 million, yet market cap is counted in tens of billions. No matter how good the narrative, without explosive on-chain data growth, price lacks sustained buying pressure. Spot ETF (Bitwise BAVA) exists, but AUM is only in the tens of millions—institutions have arrived, but just testing the waters, no real money poured in. Third thing: macro is a knife hanging over all altcoins. BTC oscillates between 80k-85k, ETF fund flows fluctuate. Fed remains in a high interest rate environment, 10-year US Treasury yields stay high, once touching over 5%. Money is expensive, no one dares to heavily hold risky assets. Altcoins are high-beta assets; when macro tightens, they fall three times harder than BTC. The FOMC meeting around October 28 is the biggest variable. Without clarity on interest rate path, AVAX struggles to strengthen independently. Without market stabilization, AVAX rebounds are fragile. Bull vs. bear showdown, judge for yourself: On one side: Dubai court on-chain, real institutional use case Charles Schwab opening trading by year-end Helicon upgrade landed, staking more flexible 9.5 is MA50 support, tested multiple times effectively On the other side: Good news fully priced, no new catalysts MA20 (10.2-10.5) resistance obvious High macro interest rates suppress, no moves before FOMC TVL and ETF fund flows flat, lacking sustained buying Key levels Resistance above: 10.0 (psychological) → 10.5-10.6 (MA20, bull-bear lifeline) → 11-12 Support below: 9.5-9.55 (recent lows) → 9.26-9.4 → 9.0 (psychological iron bottom) In a word: hold 9.5, oscillate with strength; break 9.5, drop to 9.0 or lower. Trading strategy Short-term players: Light long positions in 9.3-9.5 range, stop loss at 9.1-9.2 (exit if breaks 9.0). Take half profits at 10.0 first, reduce at 10.3-10.5. Don’t chase highs—buying at 9.6 now, a pullback to 9.2 will hurt. For shorts: light short positions near 10.0-10.3, stop loss 10.6, target 9.6-9.7. Keep position under 5%. Mid-term players: Wait for solid hold at 9.3-9.5 with volume rebound, then build long positions in batches, target 10.5-11.5. If breaks 9.0, decisively wait and watch for clearer bottom signals. De-leverage before FOMC, don’t heavily bet on direction. AVAX now is like LINK in 2023— Everyone said “enterprise-grade L1 has no future” “RWA is a false proposition,” so what happened? LINK went from $5 to $20. AVAX from 9.6 to 10.5 is just one step away, but that step washed out 80% of the impatient. Institutions are quietly building highways, while you’re fussing over a fifty-cent toll increase. $BTC $ETH $AVAX
