MSCI has adopted rules that could remove Bitcoin-treasury firms such as Strategy and Metaplanet from major equity indexes.
JPMorgan estimates a Strategy exclusion could trigger ~$2.8B in MSTR share outflows—not $BTC sales.

Rules effective: after Nov 30 close.
The risk isn't forced Bitcoin selling. It's a tighter pipeline for financing future BTC purchases.
