#NetflixQ3AdsAndMargins $NFLX reports Q3 after close Oct 20. The bar here isn’t the original Street number Netflix already guided it down in July ($12.86B rev, $0.82 EPS vs. the 13B/$0.84 Street was modeling), and the stock dropped 9% on that alone.
So the real question is margins, not the top line. Ads are tracking to $3B this year, nearly double 2025, but still a small slice of $51B total revenue. Can that keep offsetting slower subscriber growth without squeezing the operating margin further?
