Both gold and silver remain heavily shorted, but fresh buying suggests the pressure may be shifting
My view: Silver looks more interesting for a potential short squeeze. Profitable shorts may start closing positions if buyers keep pushing.
Gold could follow
The biggest risk for bears isn't the current buying. It's what happens if short sellers start taking profits at the same time.
Still, if buying fades, both markets could resume their decline
