The Nasdaq 100 is nearly 6% below its October 6 record as semiconductor and AI-linked stocks face renewed selling. For crypto, this matters through shared risk appetite: continued tech weakness and elevated yields can restrict liquidity. A rotation into banks and defensive sectors would not automatically support Bitcoin or altcoins.
