Protocol 28 alone: Unlikely to drive a parabolic move. Past Pi protocol upgrades have been technical housekeeping; price response has generally been muted or short-lived. Real catalysts for PI would need broader adoption, usable apps/DeFi traction, major listings, or clear demand-side growth—not just smoother consensus and contract tooling.
