100 ECONOMISTS. ZERO EXPECT A DECEMBER PAUSE.
A Reuters poll (Oct 16–20) found 94 of 100 expect the Fed to hold rates at 3.75–4.00% in October. All 100 expect a hike in December—up from fewer than half last month.
For crypto, October relief may coexist with tighter year-end liquidity.
