How to store stablecoin funds in the future and whether they can be withdrawn at any time—U.S. regulators have made it clear. The OCC has released the final rule implementing the "GENIUS Act" details, effective January 18, 2027.
Four key changes worth noting: reserve composition is relaxed, with the minimum immediately available funds lowered to 5%, allowing more low-liquidity assets in reserves;
The $5 million minimum capital requirement extends from the application phase to ongoing operations—if you lack strength, you can't keep playing;
Automatic extensions are canceled if daily redemptions exceed 10% of outstanding value, and regulators must be notified within 24 hours;
The rebuttable presumption arranged by third parties is removed, making responsibility allocation more direct. USDC and USDT are both within scope.
The AI comic boom looks lively on the surface, but the numbers show it's quite cold. Hongguo's free AI comics have been online for four months, reaching about 39 million monthly active users, with male users accounting for 62.6%. All top five titles on the dominance chart have surpassed 100 million effective plays.
On the other hand, in the first half of the year, Douyin added 221,900 AI comic titles, but only 1.3% reached the breakeven point, while 98.7% are losing money. Production costs dropped 75% in three months, from 2,000 yuan per minute to 500 yuan, but the saved money didn't go into the producers' pockets: over 80% of total revenue goes to traffic promotion, and revenue sharing only gives producers 6% to 10%.
Platform policies are also shifting from rewarding quantity to rewarding quality, canceling minimum guarantees and moving to pure revenue sharing.

Using the most powerful AI for every task is a bit like having the most expensive expert in the company do all the work.
Of course, the expert will also organize materials and reformat.
But that's not where their value lies.
In the future, I want to reserve the strong models for the few nodes that truly need judgment.
In the future, finding stores might not be about "searching" but about "asking."
Some people are already using AI assistants to find beauty clinics and hair salons, visiting three places and being satisfied with all, because it understands your preferences better than search engines and remembers your previous choices.
Once this habit is formed, the number of times you open Google and Xiaohongshu will decrease. Physical stores generally haven't caught up with this change yet; when demonstrating the product to clinic doctors, it was the first time they heard about it.
For businesses, being recommended by AI depends on being readable by AI: whether store information is structured, whether reviews can be crawled, and whether the AI profile is actively maintained.
After AI became a tool, I increasingly hesitate to judge completion by saying "the page is already up and running."
The current standard is much simpler:
Send the URL to someone who was not involved in the development at all.
No explanations.
Only if they can complete the task on their own is it truly considered usable.
Someone used dsh-blender-plugin to independently complete a Blender modeling and rendering job. The bill was 1.58 eTokens, taking 1 hour and 20 minutes, equivalent to about 12 RMB. When 3D outsourcing quotes and delivery times encounter this cost scale, they all need to be recalculated. The plugin is already publicly available on GitHub; if you want to try it, just download and run it once to see how deep it goes.
Shocked and stunned!!
I used this plugin inside to let the ds1017 independently complete the modeling and rendering effect.
Cost: 1.58eToken 1h20min 12rmb
Below are the effect images and other works modeled by group friends using 1017~
Everyone is welcome to download dshTUI and dsh-blender-plugin to experience it!
Looking forward to seeing everyone's AI-generated modeling works 👏

Tencent Hunyuan has upgraded the intelligent agent memory framework Hy Memory to version 2.0 and fully open-sourced it: a three-layer structure including a dedicated model, memory framework, and MemHub application, each layer can be used independently or combined into a complete solution.
Regarding memory, the ability to "remember you" during AI chat, "remember project context" during work, and "remember what was changed" when coding are three distinct capabilities. The official evaluation separates these into chat, work, and coding scenarios, and it ranked first in open source in all three.
It is already running in Tencent's self-selected stocks and Tencent News business.

I noticed that today the Chinese-speaking community is buzzing about Claude account bans.
Anthropic itself disclosed that it banned 11.4 million accounts in the first half of the year, with only 42,000 appeals, a negligible ratio. Some accounts were banned just 15 minutes after registration, without sending a single message; the appeal portal is completely blocked, and tickets are automatically closed by bots. On the 12th of next month, a new batch of terms will take effect, and the community has already started discussing the next round.
What is most alarming about this is not the bans themselves, but that many people's workflows, prompt templates, and Agent configurations are all stored within their accounts. Once an account is banned, all the work accumulated over two years is wiped out.

Only today did I clearly realize:
Thinking deeply and being able to explain clearly on the spot are truly two different skills.
The more stuff in your head, sometimes the easier it is to get your answers mixed up.
From now on, when suddenly asked a question, I want to practice one small thing first:
Don't rush to prove you've thought a lot.
First, answer the exact question the other person is really asking.
