🚨 Crypto surges after Trump's statement at the White House
Bitcoin surpasses $71,000, while ETH rises sharply following the meeting between Trump and crypto, finance leaders at the White House.
Trump calls on Congress to pass the CLARITY Act, also stating that the US is considering the possibility of purchasing more Bitcoin and large-scale digital assets.
👉 The message is quite clear: the US wants to continue leading in crypto, stablecoins, and digital assets.
👀 In the past, when Trump talked about crypto, the market went through the roof. Now... it seems the market is still "sensitive" to his words. 😅

🇺🇸 SEC proposes new legal framework specifically for Crypto
The SEC has just proposed "Regulation Crypto Assets," opening the door for crypto projects to legally raise funds in the US.
• Exemption from registration for fundraising up to 5 million USD/4 years.
• Another mechanism allows raising up to 75 million USD/12 months, with disclosure and reporting requirements.
• Proposed safe harbor: tokens may no longer be considered "investment contracts" once the team fulfills essential regulatory obligations.
👉 Simply put: tokens may be subject to securities laws when sold, but they don’t necessarily have to remain securities forever.
