The BTC short position suffered a small loss and was closed. Although I highly suspect this rebound just happened to leap over the left-side high as a form of liquidity grab, the price did indeed make a higher high…
The only regret is that I thought this prolonged consolidation would end quickly, but now it seems I underestimated it…

Sigh... all the profits from the short positions have been completely retraced...
The pullback over the past two weeks really lacked momentum. The long-awaited trending market still hasn't materialized. If a strong rebound starts here, it could bring back the bullish trend...
No clear ideas, just follow the trend. If it rises again, close the shorts and go long!

Finally arrived at Komodo!
By the way, Indonesia really has a lot of volcanoes. Just a casual glance along the way shows volcanoes everywhere. I’m not sure if those pointed mountains with flat tops are actually volcanoes, but they really look like it...
Planning to rest here for 3 days, explore the small town, and then wait for the boat we booked. After that, we can dive deep into Komodo National Park!

A brief summary of the expenses for this trip to Malatu, for friends who might be interested later, with amounts converted to RMB:
1. Airfare: ¥7768 (excluding return trip)
2. Resort: ¥51853
Including diving package $3575, tips $220, night dive $130, private boat for whale shark watching $162;
A total of 12 days, averaging over ¥4000 per day...
Calculated in USD, about $8800, $4400 per person.
Personally, I think this trip was very cost-effective, maybe just lucky, because I saw all the marine life available here. Also, the whale shark experience was really worth it, very impressive!
Finally, I even caught a yellowfin tuna weighing over 30 jin (weighed by the chef), this experience alone is worth $1000!
If anyone is interested, I can recommend the resort and share tips later. Overall, it was really awesome!

Why does it feel like X has changed?
Now the timeline is full of tweets from various countries arguing with Chinese people—Turkey, Japan, South Korea, and France...
When will they realize that those Chinese people they’re arguing with are veterans of online battles? The Chinese trolls who manage to escape from that breeding ground behind the firewall to X are on a whole different level compared to the little trolls from other countries...
😂

Today was the last dive at Malatu, and unexpectedly, I still encountered this pack of sea wolves!
Everyone else had run out of air and surfaced, leaving only the dive guide and me with 70 bar each, so we just went straight after them...
Diving into this sea wolf group didn’t really feel like much, but if someone is filming you from afar, it’s quite breathtaking...
The Malatu diving trip has come to a perfect end. Tomorrow I’ll pack up and head back to Jakarta, then rush to Komodo liveaboard to experience the bullet current 😂…

Finally know where the word "storm" in "Sea Wolf Storm" comes from!
It's so damn spectacular…
Because I had experience this time, after catching it, I immediately found a diving knife and asked the captain to cut off the tuna's tail and hang it to bleed, which ensures the fish meat won't turn sour...
Had several plates of sashimi at night, the taste was absolutely exquisite!
No fat, but every bite was soft and glutinous, without any fishy smell, super delicious!
The thick slices in the picture can fill you up in just three bites, so enjoyable...
By the way, the whole fish weighed 23-24 jin. I asked AI, and catching it in this condition was purely luck. Another reason was that I reeled in very slowly, taking a full 40 minutes to pull it up. If I had been a bit impatient, this PE line would have snapped...
